基于資源互補的項目伙伴選擇方法

【摘要】:當(dāng)不同企業(yè)承擔(dān)的工程項目在同一地區(qū)同時開展時,彼此間經(jīng)常會存在工程資源互補的可能,如果加以合理利用,便能夠使項目的實施進一步得到優(yōu)化。因此,企業(yè)如何選擇有資源互補潛力的最佳合作伙伴有必要予以研究。文中從合作博弈的角度闡述了資源互補的形成機理,定性分析了伙伴選擇問題的決策特征;運用雙層規(guī)劃構(gòu)建了基于資源互補的項目伙伴選擇模型,提出了基于期望收益約束選擇的求解方法。最后以某臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)填海項目與其他項目的資源互補為例,采用文中提出的模型及求解方法優(yōu)化施工方案,得到降低建設(shè)投資、縮減施工工期的優(yōu)化效果。
[Abstract]:When the projects undertaken by different enterprises are carried out simultaneously in the same area, there is often the possibility of mutual complementation of engineering resources between each other. If they are reasonably utilized, the implementation of the project can be further optimized. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to select the best partner with the potential of resource complementarity. In this paper, the forming mechanism of resource complementation is expounded from the angle of cooperative game, and the decision characteristics of partner selection are qualitatively analyzed. A project partner selection model based on resource complementarity is constructed by using bilevel programming, and a solution method based on expected income constraint selection is proposed. Finally, taking the complementary resources of reclamation project and other projects in a port industrial park as an example, the model and solution method proposed in this paper are used to optimize the construction scheme, which can reduce the construction investment and shorten the construction period.
