【摘要】：本文通過對國內(nèi)外幾個藝術區(qū)及美術館。藝術中心的調(diào)查研究,通過具體調(diào)研北京798、宋莊藝術區(qū)以及藝術中心的空間使用現(xiàn)狀,對藝術中心的發(fā)展歷史、發(fā)展原因、空間特點、現(xiàn)狀問題進行了梳理,結(jié)合已有的資料,結(jié)合安徽仙人沖畫家村實際案例。分析目前國內(nèi)老建筑改建藝術區(qū)存在的問題和使用價值,梳理藝術區(qū)發(fā)展歷史以及國內(nèi)外美術館藝術中心的現(xiàn)狀研究,總結(jié)將老建筑改造為藝術中心的理論依據(jù)和意義以及老舊建筑改建為藝術中心存在的問題。老舊建筑本身存在的功能單一問題,空間形式問題以及采光問題和舊廠房改建為藝術中心新舊關系矛盾的問題。參考國內(nèi)外比較成功的從老舊建筑改為美術館或藝術中心的案例分析,例如,英國倫敦的泰勒藝術博物館、美國P.S.1藝術學院,北京尤倫斯藝術中心等,對藝術區(qū)內(nèi)的藝術中心的空間特點進行了分析,總結(jié)老建筑的發(fā)展趨勢和空間需求;結(jié)合安徽仙人沖畫家村展示空間與舊廠房空間的通用性原則,提出舊建筑改建可以作為綜合體藝術中心發(fā)展的一種可行模式,為老舊建筑改建為藝術中心提供具體一可行的方法。結(jié)合自己實際設計的改建為藝術中心的案例,提出自己對老舊建筑改建藝術中心的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces several art districts and art galleries at home and abroad. The investigation and study of the Art Center, through the specific investigation and investigation of the present situation of the use of space in Beijing 798, Songzhuang Art District and the Art Center, has combed through the development history, the reasons for the development, the spatial characteristics and the present situation of the Art Center. Combined with the existing data, combined with Anhui Xianrenchong painting village actual case. This paper analyzes the existing problems and use value of the old architecture and reconstruction art district in China, combs the development history of the art district and the present situation of art center of art gallery at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the theoretical basis and significance of transforming old buildings into art centers and the problems existing in transforming old buildings into art centers. The problems of single function, space form, daylighting and the contradiction between new and old relationship between old and old buildings. Reference is made to the case study of the successful conversion from old buildings to art galleries or art centers at home and abroad, for example, the Taylor Museum of Art in London, the P.S.1 Academy of Art in the United States, the Ullens Art Center in Beijing, and so on. The spatial characteristics of the art center in the art area are analyzed, and the development trend and space demand of the old buildings are summarized. Combined with the principle of generality of display space and old workshop space in Xianren Chong painting Village, Anhui Province, it is put forward that old building reconstruction can be regarded as a feasible model for the development of complex art center. For the old building reconstruction for the art center to provide a concrete and feasible method. According to the case of transforming the old building into an art center, the author puts forward his own suggestion on the reconstruction of the old building into the art center.
