【摘要】：眾所周知,"吃"是人類最為基本的生理需求。隨著物質(zhì)文明的高度發(fā)展,人民對(duì)于精神層面的需求在不斷提高,對(duì)就餐需求也發(fā)生了質(zhì)的變化,希望在品嘗美食的同時(shí)得到身心的愉悅和放松,即希望餐飲空間除了基本功能外還能更好的滿足自己情感需求和體驗(yàn)享受。工業(yè)風(fēng)格因?yàn)樽杂�、大膽、奔放、前衛(wèi)和原生態(tài)等特點(diǎn),打破了城市生活的枯燥和呆板,受到廣大80后、90后的青睞。鑒于現(xiàn)代人對(duì)復(fù)古、懷舊事物的情感追捧,將工業(yè)風(fēng)格融入到現(xiàn)代餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中必然將餐飲空間提升到一個(gè)由物質(zhì)關(guān)懷到人文關(guān)懷的新高度,讓人們?cè)趯庫o、放松的空間中就餐,產(chǎn)生更好的情感共鳴,因而為餐廳帶來更好的盈利。本文正是基于這樣的研究背景,以工業(yè)風(fēng)格作為研究對(duì)象,探討如何通過工業(yè)風(fēng)格元素,在遵循餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的基本原則下,結(jié)合保留室內(nèi)外環(huán)境原始性搭配、工業(yè)風(fēng)格素材的直接運(yùn)用,工業(yè)元素再利用等手法,在現(xiàn)代餐飲設(shè)計(jì)空間中營造出一種新穎獨(dú)特、返璞歸真和隨心所欲的環(huán)境氛圍來順應(yīng)當(dāng)代人的審美層次和發(fā)展的潮流。
[Abstract]:As we all know, eating is the most basic physiological need of human beings. With the high development of material civilization, the people's demand for spiritual level is constantly increasing, and the demand for dining has also changed qualitatively, hoping to enjoy and relax both physically and mentally while tasting delicious food. That is, I hope the dining space besides basic functions can better meet their emotional needs and experience. Industrial style because of freedom, bold, unrestrained, avantgarde and original ecological characteristics, broke the boring and rigid city life, by the majority of the post-80s, 90's favor. In view of the modern people's emotional pursuit of retro and nostalgic things, the integration of industrial style into the design of modern dining space is bound to elevate the dining space to a new height from material care to humanistic concern, so that people can live in tranquility. Relax in the dining space, resulting in better emotional resonance, and thus bring better profits for the restaurant. This article is based on this research background, takes the industrial style as the research object, discusses how through the industrial style element, under obeys the dining space design basic principle, unifies preserves the indoor and outdoor environment primitive collocation, The direct use of industrial style materials and the reuse of industrial elements create a new and unique environmental atmosphere in the modern dining design space to conform to the aesthetic level and the trend of development of contemporary people.
