膨脹抗拔樁施工技術(shù)

【摘要】:為了有效提高軟弱持力層地區(qū)預(yù)制抗拔樁土體抗拔承載力,采用膨脹抗拔樁靜壓、接樁、送樁、張拉、膨脹、注漿施工工藝,能有效實(shí)現(xiàn)樁尖周邊土體擠密、樁端錨塞、摩阻增大目的,對改善樁身抗裂、接樁強(qiáng)度和整體抗拔力有明顯功效,從根本上提升軟土地區(qū)預(yù)制抗拔樁結(jié)構(gòu)性能和設(shè)計(jì)單樁抗拔承載力,在相同單樁抗拔承載力條件下能有效減少樁數(shù)、縮短樁長、控制不均勻沉降變形,節(jié)約抗拔樁設(shè)計(jì)及施工成本30%~35%。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively improve the uplift bearing capacity of prefabricated uplift pile soil in weak bearing layer, the construction technology of static pressure, connecting pile, feeding pile, tensioning, expanding and grouting can effectively realize the compaction of the soil around the pile tip and the anchor plug at the end of the pile. The increase of frictional resistance has obvious effect on improving pile body crack resistance, connecting pile strength and overall pull-out strength. It can fundamentally improve the structural performance of prefabricated uplift piles in soft soil area and design the uplift bearing capacity of single pile. Under the condition of the same uplift bearing capacity, the pile number can be reduced effectively, the pile length can be shortened, the uneven settlement and deformation can be controlled, and the design and construction cost of the uplift pile can be saved.
