【摘要】：2014年國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局公布數(shù)據(jù)顯示,我國(guó)老齡人口數(shù)量多,未來(lái)增速快,失能、半失能老人數(shù)量多,現(xiàn)有養(yǎng)老床位不足。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的研究和探索后發(fā)現(xiàn)讓老年人在自己熟悉的環(huán)境里生活是今后養(yǎng)老發(fā)展的方向。同時(shí),這也符合我國(guó)政策和老年人的主觀意愿。社區(qū)型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)是讓老年人實(shí)現(xiàn)在介護(hù)時(shí)期依然能夠在熟悉的社區(qū)繼續(xù)生活的重要依托。照料與護(hù)理服務(wù),是養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的核心工作內(nèi)容。尤其對(duì)于以介助、介護(hù)老人為主要服務(wù)對(duì)象的社區(qū)型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)而言,更是決定其品質(zhì)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。那么,在建筑面積有限的情況下,如何為照料護(hù)理服務(wù)提供必要的環(huán)境支撐,是本文的主要切入點(diǎn)。論文選取北京市三所社區(qū)型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu),結(jié)合社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)進(jìn)行了從照護(hù)服務(wù)需求角度出發(fā)的實(shí)地調(diào)查。通過(guò)訪談,了解機(jī)構(gòu)概況、主要服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)方式以及各機(jī)構(gòu)輻射社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的情況;通過(guò)測(cè)繪,繪制機(jī)構(gòu)平面圖、各功能空間的家具及設(shè)備布置;通過(guò)跟蹤觀察、定點(diǎn)觀察并結(jié)合訪談,了解膳食服務(wù)、醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)、洗滌與清潔服務(wù)、生活照料服務(wù)等所包含的具體服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)流程,各項(xiàng)服務(wù)對(duì)功能空間的需求、各空間的利用現(xiàn)狀等,并從照料護(hù)理服務(wù)需求的視角,比較分析各機(jī)構(gòu)在功能空間設(shè)置與空間利用上的共性和差異及其原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)社區(qū)型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的基本功能空間構(gòu)成、功能流線組織,以及各功能空間的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)提出建議。
[Abstract]:Statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2014 show that the number of elderly people in China is large, the future growth rate is fast, the number of disabled and semi-disabled elderly people is large, and the existing old-age beds are insufficient. Policies and the subjective wishes of the elderly. Community-based pension institutions are important support for the elderly to continue to live in familiar communities during the period of care. Care and care services are the core work of the institutions. Especially for the community-based pension institutions, which mainly serve the elderly, especially for the elderly. It is the key to determine the quality and competitiveness. Then, in the case of limited building area, how to provide the necessary environmental support for care and nursing services is the main entry point of this paper. Investigation. Through interviews, to understand the general situation of institutions, the main service content, service modes and institutions radiation community home care services; through surveying and mapping, drawing the organization plan, the layout of furniture and equipment in various functional spaces; through follow-up observation, fixed-point observation and interviews, to understand food services, medical care services, washing and cleaning. The specific service content, service flow, the demand of each service for functional space and the utilization status of each space are included in the service and life care service. From the perspective of the demand for nursing service, the similarities and differences between the functional space setting and the space utilization of each institution are compared and analyzed. Suggestions are made on the basic function space composition, function streamline organization and the design points of each function space of the old mechanism.
