高溫養(yǎng)護對玻璃粉復合膠凝材料性能的影響

【摘要】:為了研究養(yǎng)護溫度對廢棄玻璃粉膠凝性能的影響,將廢棄玻璃粉取代0、10%、30%、50%的水泥制備復合砂漿;并分別置于常溫水域及75℃恒溫水域中養(yǎng)護3 d、7 d、28 d、90 d。測試不同齡期的強度。運用活性因子法判別玻璃粉在復合體系中的貢獻程度。采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)分析復合漿體的微觀結構。結果表明:高溫養(yǎng)護可以促進復合材料水化反應,提高試塊的早期強度;但不利于后期強度的發(fā)展,在7 d齡期時玻璃粉的貢獻度最大。常溫養(yǎng)護時,試塊早期強度增長較慢,后期強度大幅提升,玻璃粉的活性因子隨著齡期的增長而變大。
