機敏土工帶的研制及其性能研究

【摘要】:伴隨著土工合成材料日益廣泛的應(yīng)用及各領(lǐng)域需求的不斷提高,對其性能的要求也愈加嚴苛。土工格柵作為土工合成材料的一種,因其優(yōu)異的性能被廣泛應(yīng)用于各類加筋土工程中,然而單一的加固功能已經(jīng)難以滿足日益復(fù)雜工程的需求,也無法對加筋土工程內(nèi)部變形及破壞進行及時的監(jiān)測預(yù)警,以避免安全事故的發(fā)生。因此,尋找安全有效地監(jiān)測預(yù)警方法具有重要意義。本文基于導(dǎo)電高分子復(fù)合材料的拉敏效應(yīng),通過特定的生產(chǎn)工藝制作傳感型土工格柵,使其兼具加固及監(jiān)測預(yù)警雙重功能,同時以傳感型土工格柵為研究對象,結(jié)合前期大量的室內(nèi)試驗及理論分析,為實現(xiàn)其加固及監(jiān)測雙重功能,進行了如下方面的研究:(1)針對前期研制的傳感型土工格柵強度小、韌性低、電阻難以測量的問題,改進了格柵的生產(chǎn)方法與工藝,創(chuàng)新性的研制成功傳感型的機敏土工帶(后簡稱機敏帶),具備較高的強度、韌性及準確可靠的電阻測量值,并確定機敏帶基本的物理力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,隨炭黑含量的增加機敏帶強度逐漸降低;蠕變曲線為典型衰減型,相同時間內(nèi)炭黑含量越高蠕變變形較大;不同炭黑含量機敏帶的摩擦角及表觀粘聚力近似相等。(2)針對機敏帶電阻穩(wěn)定性及拉敏性,研究了尺寸、溫度及應(yīng)力松弛因素的影響,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):不同試樣尺寸,歸一化電阻隨應(yīng)變呈現(xiàn)出近似線性的增長趨勢,且長度尺寸越大,相同應(yīng)變下歸一化電阻隨越大,即應(yīng)變靈敏度越高;機敏帶的歸一化電阻-溫度曲線呈現(xiàn)出典型的PTC效應(yīng),常溫下機敏帶具有良好的電阻穩(wěn)定性,溫度大于90℃后電阻增大顯著;機敏帶的應(yīng)力保持率-時間曲線符合典型的Maxwell模型,開始應(yīng)力降低速度快,隨后速度變慢,測定時間內(nèi)電阻保持率在75%以上,表現(xiàn)出較好的穩(wěn)定性。(3)模擬研究了地震疲勞作用下機敏帶的抗疲勞性能,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):機敏帶的疲勞斷裂循環(huán)次數(shù)隨炭黑含量的增大而減小、隨著應(yīng)變的增大而減小;疲勞后,機敏帶的強度保持率隨應(yīng)變及震級的升高逐漸降低,機敏帶的拉敏性能出現(xiàn)靈敏度升高的現(xiàn)象。(4)室內(nèi)試驗研究了機敏帶的耐老化性能,分析了機敏帶在經(jīng)歷熱氧老化以及光老化后性能指標的變化,發(fā)現(xiàn):經(jīng)歷老化后機敏帶出現(xiàn)脆性變化,其強度及斷裂伸長率均發(fā)生降低,機敏帶熱氧老化后的拉敏性能保持穩(wěn)定,光老化后出現(xiàn)提升。(5)室內(nèi)試驗研究了機敏帶的耐腐蝕性能,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):酸堿溶液腐蝕后機敏帶的強度和斷裂伸長率均出現(xiàn)降低,降低幅度與浸泡時間成正相關(guān);酸堿腐蝕后機敏帶的拉敏性能愈加明顯,但隨浸泡時間的增長變化較小。
[Abstract]:With the increasing application of geosynthetics and the increasing demand in various fields, the requirements for its performance are becoming more stringent. Geosynthetics, as a kind of geosynthetics, are widely used in all kinds of reinforced soil engineering because of their excellent properties. However, the single consolidation function has been difficult to meet the needs of increasingly complex engineering. In order to avoid the timely monitoring and early warning of the internal deformation and failure of reinforced soil engineering, it is of great significance to find safe and effective monitoring and early warning method. Based on the sensitive effect of the conductive polymer composite material, the sensing geogrid is made by a specific production process to make it concurrently With the dual functions of strengthening and monitoring and warning, and taking the sensing geogrid as the research object, combined with a large number of laboratory tests and theoretical analysis in the earlier period, the following research has been carried out to realize the dual functions of its reinforcement and monitoring. (1) the problems of small strength, low toughness and difficulty in measuring the resistance of the sensing geogrid are improved. The production method and process of the grille, innovative development of the sensitive geotextile belt (after short), has high strength, toughness and accurate and reliable resistance measurement value, and determine the basic physical and mechanical properties of the sensitive belt. The results show that the strength of the sensitive belt decreases with the increase of the content of carbon black; the creep curve is the canon. The higher the carbon black content in the same time, the higher the creep deformation, the friction angle and the apparent cohesion of the sensitive belt with different carbon black are approximately equal. (2) according to the resistance stability and the sensitivity of the sensitive belt, the influence of the dimensions, temperature and stress relaxation factors is studied. The results show that the size of different specimens and the normalized resistance are presented with the strain. The higher the linear growth trend, the larger the length size, the greater the normalized resistance under the same strain, the higher the strain sensitivity; the normalized resistance temperature curve of the sensitive belt shows a typical PTC effect. The resistance stability of the sensitive belt at normal temperature is good, the temperature is larger than 90 C, the resistance increases significantly, and the stress retention rate of the sensitive belt is - The time curve conforms to the typical Maxwell model, the beginning of the stress reduction is faster, then the speed is slower, the resistance retention rate in the measured time is above 75%, and the stability is better. (3) the fatigue performance of the sensitive zone under the action of earthquake fatigue is studied. The results show that the fatigue fracture cycle times of the sensitive belt increase with the content of carbon black. And it decreases with the increase of strain; after fatigue, the strength retention of the sensitive belt gradually decreases with the increase of strain and magnitude, and the sensitivity of the sensitized belt increases. (4) the aging resistance of the sensitive belt is studied in the laboratory and the performance indexes of the sensitive zone after thermal oxygen aging and photoaging are analyzed. It is found that the sensitivity of the sensitive belt changes after the aging, and the strength and elongation at break all decrease. The sensitivity of the sensitive zone is stable after the aging of the hot oxygen. (5) the corrosion resistance of the sensitive zone is studied in the laboratory. The results are as follows: the strength and elongation of the acidity zone after acid alkali solution corrosion All of them decreased and the reduction rate was positively correlated with immersion time. The sensitivity of the sensitive belt after acid and alkali corrosion was more obvious, but it changed little with the increase of soaking time.
