【摘要】：本文以我國(guó)著名老工業(yè)基地吉林省為研究對(duì)象,從城市規(guī)劃學(xué)、文化遺產(chǎn)學(xué)、建筑學(xué)、歷史學(xué)等學(xué)科探討吉林省工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)理論和實(shí)踐方法,以期對(duì)吉林省工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與利用工作提供理論支持。吉林省工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)是我國(guó)近代工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分。從清末民初外國(guó)資本的涌入、歷經(jīng)奉系軍閥民族工業(yè)的發(fā)展、“九一八”前后殖民工業(yè)的畸形膨脹和“一五”期間的蘇聯(lián)援建,至1965年東北老工業(yè)基地基本建設(shè)完成,百余年的發(fā)展為吉林省留下了大量刻有時(shí)代印記的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)。這些工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不可或缺的歷史物證,也是國(guó)家工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分。在全國(guó)城市大建設(shè)的背景下,大量土地被重新開發(fā),導(dǎo)致工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)資源的迅速流失,工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)利用工作亟待進(jìn)一步展開。城市復(fù)興理論是工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的指導(dǎo)思想。將工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)納入到城鎮(zhèn)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、城市職能轉(zhuǎn)型等大背景中,建立城市復(fù)興與工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用的有效聯(lián)系,充分挖掘工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)在完善城市文功能、發(fā)揚(yáng)城市工業(yè)文化、重塑城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)、振興城市經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的作用,是吉林省工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的重要方向。首先對(duì)吉林省工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的資源進(jìn)行梳理,理清近代工業(yè)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),分析工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的基本特征和構(gòu)成要素,制定工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)名錄。在資源梳理的基礎(chǔ)上分析保護(hù)工作中遇到的問題,并提出了應(yīng)對(duì)策略。針對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)資源家底不清,流失嚴(yán)重的問題,提出建立登錄制度、統(tǒng)一工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的策略;針對(duì)保護(hù)機(jī)制缺失,首先確立了工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的基本原則,確立了城市規(guī)劃、城市設(shè)計(jì)、工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)本體三個(gè)操作層次上的管理職責(zé),規(guī)范了從歷史研究、文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查到城市復(fù)興具體步驟的工作流程;針對(duì)保護(hù)利用形式單一的問題,從城市功能、文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)和空間四個(gè)方面,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,闡述了在城市復(fù)興的背景下,工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用的新的途徑。最后,綜合以上的策略方法,以長(zhǎng)春市為例,從舊工業(yè)區(qū)的功能置換和恢復(fù)地區(qū)活力、歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)和開發(fā)、以文化事件為觸媒塑造城市形象這三個(gè)角度探討工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)在其中所扮演的具體角色和保護(hù)利用的新模式。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Jilin Province, a famous old industrial base of our country, as the research object, and discusses the theory and practice of the protection of industrial heritage in Jilin Province from the aspects of urban planning, cultural heritage, architecture, history and so on. In order to provide theoretical support for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage in Jilin Province. Jilin industrial heritage is an important part of modern industrial heritage of China. From the influx of foreign capital from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China, the development of the national industry of warlords, the abnormal expansion of colonial industry before and after the "September 18" period and the Soviet Union's assistance during the "first Five-Year" period, the capital construction of the old industrial base in Northeast China was completed in 1965. More than 100 years of development for Jilin Province has left a large number of imprinted industrial heritage. These industrial heritages are the indispensable historical evidence of China's economic development and an important part of the national industrial heritage. Under the background of national urban construction, a large number of land has been redeveloped, resulting in the rapid loss of industrial heritage resources, and the protection and utilization of industrial heritage needs to be further developed. The theory of urban revival is the guiding ideology of industrial heritage protection. The industrial heritage should be brought into the background of urbanization, adjustment of industrial structure, transformation of urban functions, and so on, to establish an effective link between urban rejuvenation and the protection and utilization of industrial heritage, and to fully excavate the functions of industrial heritage in perfecting the urban cultural function. It is an important direction to protect the industrial heritage of Jilin Province to carry forward the urban industrial culture, to reshape the urban spatial structure and to revitalize the urban economy. Firstly, the author sorts out the resources of industrial heritage in Jilin Province, clarifies the development of modern industry, analyzes the basic characteristics and elements of industrial heritage, formulates the evaluation criteria of industrial heritage, and puts forward the list of protection of industrial heritage. On the basis of combing resources, this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the protection work, and puts forward some countermeasures. In view of the problem of unclear family resources and serious loss of industrial heritage resources, this paper puts forward the strategy of establishing a login system and unifying the evaluation standard of industrial heritage, and aiming at the lack of protection mechanism, it first establishes the basic principles of industrial heritage protection. It establishes the management responsibilities at the three operational levels of urban planning, urban design and industrial heritage ontology, standardizes the work flow from historical research, literature investigation to the specific steps of urban rejuvenation, aiming at the single form of conservation and utilization. From the four aspects of city function, culture, economy and space, combined with the actual situation, this paper expounds a new way to protect and utilize industrial heritage under the background of city rejuvenation. Finally, synthesizing the above strategies and methods, taking Changchun City as an example, from the function replacement of the old industrial zone and the restoration of regional vitality, the protection and development of historical blocks, This paper discusses the specific role of industrial heritage and the new mode of conservation and utilization from the three angles of shaping the image of the city with cultural events as the catalyst.
