粉土干化過程中微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的演變

【摘要】:對黏粒含量為34%的粉土泥漿樣進(jìn)行無宏觀裂縫出現(xiàn)的慢速干化試驗(yàn),對干化至不同目標(biāo)含水率的試樣進(jìn)行壓汞試驗(yàn),獲得孔隙分布曲線,系統(tǒng)地研究干化過程中粉土微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的演變規(guī)律,分析微觀裂隙的形成及發(fā)展機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著干化的發(fā)展,最大進(jìn)汞量逐漸減小,當(dāng)含水率達(dá)到縮限后,最大進(jìn)汞量保持不變;不可侵入孔隨干化逐漸增多,當(dāng)含水率小于縮限后,不可侵入孔增大的趨勢減緩;當(dāng)含水率大于縮限前,孔徑分布(PSD)曲線峰值對應(yīng)孔徑隨干化呈單調(diào)遞減的關(guān)系,含水率繼續(xù)減小至縮限以下時(shí),峰值對應(yīng)孔徑逐漸增大至固定值;由飽和到非飽和過渡時(shí),PSD曲線在0.1~1?m范圍有隆起并達(dá)到最大,隨著干化的深入,隆起減小直至消失。PSD曲線峰值孔徑隨干化先減小后增大的趨勢以及隆起隨干化的變化規(guī)律,均證明干化過程中有可能產(chǎn)生微觀裂隙,并反映了微觀裂隙的演變過程。粉土泥漿樣干化過程中,當(dāng)由飽和過渡到非飽和狀態(tài)時(shí),黏土?xí)?外套"一樣裹在粉土顆粒周圍,微觀裂隙在黏土顆粒間及黏土顆粒與粉土顆粒間的交界面上開始出現(xiàn),該微觀裂隙和宏觀干燥裂縫在本質(zhì)上是不同的,是對土體龜裂研究機(jī)制的補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:The slow drying test without macroscopic cracks was carried out on the silty soil slurry sample with 34% clay content. The pore distribution curve was obtained by mercury injection test on the sample dried to different target moisture content. The evolution law of microstructure of silt during drying is studied systematically, and the formation and development mechanism of microcracks are analyzed. The results show that: with the development of drying, the maximum mercury intake decreases gradually, and the maximum mercury intake remains unchanged when the moisture content reaches the shrinkage limit, and the non-intrusive pore increases gradually with drying, and when the moisture content is less than the shrinkage limit, When the water content is larger than the shrinkage limit, the peak pore size of the pore distribution curve decreases monotonously with drying, and the peak pore size increases to the fixed value when the water content continues to decrease below the shrinkage limit. In the transition from saturation to unsaturated, the PSD curve has a uplift in the range of 0.1 m and reaches the maximum. With the deepening of drying, the peak aperture of the curve decreases until it disappears, and then increases with the drying, as well as the variation law of the uplift with drying. It is proved that microcracks may occur in the drying process and reflect the evolution of microcracks. In the drying process of silt mud, when the clay is transferred from saturation to unsaturated state, the clay will be wrapped around the silt particles like a coat, and the micro-cracks will begin to appear in the interface between clay particles and silt particles. The micro crack is different from the macro dry crack in essence and is a supplement to the mechanism of soil crack research.
