【摘要】：在推進城鎮(zhèn)化的背景下,城市發(fā)展對速率的追求遠超對于效率的追求,這一方面造成了城市土地的不集約利用,加之大城市土地供應(yīng)開始受到控制,使得如何讓存量空間得到優(yōu)化的課題迫在眉睫;另一方面還造成了城市公共空間的困境,使得城市里的居民日常生活水平質(zhì)量不高、城市活力缺乏。街道,作為城市中分布最廣泛、日常生活使用頻率最高、包容度最高的城市空間,在速率優(yōu)先的發(fā)展理念下表現(xiàn)出諸如人性化考慮不足、趣味性不夠、使用效率不高等問題,既表現(xiàn)出作為城市公共空間面臨的困境,又亟需對街道空間的種種不集約利用的現(xiàn)象加以轉(zhuǎn)變、提升。故本論文以昆明市舊城核心區(qū)內(nèi)的街道為研究對象,通過對其多番調(diào)研,總結(jié)了街道的不同特征,從而歸納出六種不同的街道類型,并通過街道再生影響體系的建立,從六種類型的街道中各選取三條街道作為重點研究對象,依次從空間形態(tài)、功能布局、利用效率三方面對它們進行了分析,旨在得出街道在這三個方面的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系及其各自存在的問題,最后通過對解決問題策略的提出,得出街道再生需從街道功能分類出發(fā)、以人使用視角為導(dǎo)向、“適應(yīng)性再利用”為方法、漸進式實施為路徑等方面的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In the context of promoting urbanization, the pursuit of speed in urban development is far greater than the pursuit of efficiency. On the one hand, this has resulted in the non-intensive use of urban land, and the supply of land in large cities has begun to be controlled. On the other hand, it also causes the plight of urban public space, which makes the quality of daily life of urban residents is not high, and the urban vitality is lacking. Streets, as the most widely distributed city, the most frequently used daily life, the highest tolerance of urban space, in the development concept of priority rate, such as inadequate consideration of humanization, not enough fun, use efficiency and other problems, It not only shows the plight of urban public space, but also needs to change and upgrade the phenomenon of non-intensive utilization of street space. Therefore, this paper takes the streets in the core area of Old City of Kunming as the research object, summarizes the different characteristics of the streets through many investigations, and concludes six different street types, and establishes the influence system of street regeneration. Three streets are selected from each of the six types of streets as the key research objects, and they are analyzed from three aspects: spatial form, functional layout, and utilization efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to find out the inner relationship of the street in these three aspects and its respective existing problems. Finally, through putting forward the strategy of solving the problem, it is concluded that street regeneration should be based on the classification of the street function and be guided by the perspective of human use. Adaptive reuse is the method and gradual implementation is the path.
