【摘要】：通過對5個典型保障房小區(qū)進行了關(guān)于使用方式和使用傾向的POE評價研究,同時從空間利用方式、私密性需求、鄰里交往需求等方面進行分析,提煉出區(qū)別于普通商品房的保障性住房設(shè)計的建議,尋求有代表性的嶺南地區(qū)保障性意圖的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Through the POE evaluation and research on the usage mode and the usage tendency of five typical indemnificatory apartment residential areas, the paper analyzes the spatial utilization mode, the privacy demand, the neighborhood communication demand and so on. Abstract the proposal of the design of the indemnificatory housing which is different from the ordinary commercial housing, and seek the realization of the representative indemnificatory intention in Lingnan area.
