【摘要】：隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念在我國以及行業(yè)中的不斷推行,“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”建設(shè)的大力展開,建立一個(gè)關(guān)于鄉(xiāng)村民居的科學(xué)合理的評(píng)價(jià)體系,能有效的推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村與民居的生態(tài)發(fā)展。本論文通過對楚雄民居以及相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究,從建筑學(xué)專業(yè)角度出發(fā),初步探索并創(chuàng)建一個(gè)最大程度適用于楚雄民居的評(píng)價(jià)體系,由此對鄉(xiāng)村、民居建設(shè)等活動(dòng)提供指導(dǎo)性建議與生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)適用方法。本論文結(jié)合楚雄地區(qū)的自然條件、生產(chǎn)生活方式、文化背景、社會(huì)因素等方面來探討楚雄地區(qū)民居的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,綜合生態(tài)理念的考量,形成關(guān)于楚雄地區(qū)民居的生態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo),即以居住質(zhì)量優(yōu)先,保證生產(chǎn)生活等因素的前提下,探尋與鄉(xiāng)村民居的生態(tài)發(fā)展相關(guān)的諸多因素的平衡。評(píng)價(jià)體系以居住質(zhì)量優(yōu)先考量,并結(jié)合楚雄民居發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容的比對與分析,形成“居住質(zhì)量”、“能源”、“土地資源”、“材料資源”、“水資源”、“廢棄物管理”、“人文關(guān)懷”七類主要評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目。根據(jù)楚雄民居生態(tài)化發(fā)展的要求,結(jié)合層次分析法(AHP)與德爾菲法(Delphi),對指標(biāo)權(quán)重進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)排序,提出生態(tài)理念下關(guān)于楚雄鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)民居的適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)方法。楚雄民居的生態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)體系的確立,能夠豐富生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)理念,補(bǔ)充地域性生態(tài)建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系,對傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村民居的生態(tài)發(fā)展和延續(xù)有所指導(dǎo)。評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究,能夠?qū)⒁恍┰O(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化為可以參考或比較的內(nèi)容,發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決鄉(xiāng)村建筑設(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)中存在的問題。
[Abstract]:With the continuous implementation of the concept of sustainable development in our country and the industry, the construction of "beautiful village" has been carried out vigorously, and the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system on rural residential buildings can effectively promote the ecological development of rural and residential areas. Based on the study of Chuxiong residence and its related evaluation system, this paper preliminarily explores and establishes an evaluation system suitable for Chuxiong dwelling houses to the greatest extent from the angle of architectural specialty. Residential construction and other activities to provide guidance and ecological design applicable methods. Based on the natural conditions, production and life style, cultural background, social factors and other aspects of Chuxiong area, this paper discusses the current situation of residential development in Chuxiong area, synthesizes the consideration of ecological concept, and forms the ecological evaluation goal of the residential house in Chuxiong area. On the premise of giving priority to living quality and ensuring production and life, this paper explores the balance of many factors related to the ecological development of rural dwellings. The evaluation system gives priority to residential quality, and combines with the present situation of Chuxiong residence development and the comparison and analysis of relevant evaluation contents, forming "living quality", "energy", "land resources", "material resources", "water resources", "waste management", "Humanities concern" seven main evaluation projects. According to the requirements of ecological development of Chuxiong folk houses, combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi method, the basic ranking of index weights was carried out, and the adaptability evaluation method of Chuxiong rural houses under ecological concept was put forward. The establishment of ecological evaluation system of Chuxiong folk houses can enrich the concept of ecological design, supplement the evaluation system of regional ecological buildings, and guide the ecological development and continuation of traditional rural houses. The study of the evaluation system can transform some design and construction objectives into reference or comparative contents, and find and solve the problems existing in the design and construction of rural buildings.
