【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)90年代以來,我國(guó)已逐步進(jìn)入了老齡化社會(huì),老年人的居住環(huán)境改善是積極應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化的核心問題之一。在開放式住區(qū)成為未來主要住區(qū)形式的政策背景下,住區(qū)的開放帶來其外部空間環(huán)境的變化,對(duì)老年人的身心活動(dòng)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一定的影響。如何在設(shè)計(jì)層面應(yīng)對(duì)這種變化,是本文研究的主要目的。本文以開放住區(qū)的外部空間環(huán)境為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)案例的研究,運(yùn)用歸納法總結(jié)了開放式住區(qū)外部空間所具有空間特性、空間要素和空間結(jié)構(gòu)模式,并從老年人生理、心理以及行為活動(dòng)等幾方面提出開放住區(qū)外對(duì)老年人的影響,進(jìn)而通過實(shí)地調(diào)研對(duì)開放式住區(qū)外部空間適老性進(jìn)行問題分析與總結(jié),據(jù)此針對(duì)性地從住區(qū)規(guī)模尺度、空間結(jié)構(gòu)模式、道路交通組織、公共活動(dòng)空間、服務(wù)設(shè)施配套、物理環(huán)境要素六個(gè)方面提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略、為建構(gòu)開放式住區(qū)中適宜老年人活動(dòng)的室外空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在:以適老性的視角探討開放式住區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì),是對(duì)開放式住區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)理論的完善和深化,創(chuàng)新性的提出適應(yīng)老年人生活的開放式住區(qū)外部空間建構(gòu)框架。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, China has gradually entered an aging society, the improvement of the living environment of the elderly is one of the core problems to deal with the aging. Under the policy background that open residential area becomes the main form of residential area in the future, the opening of residential area brings about the change of its outer space environment, and it has a certain influence on the development of physical and mental activities of the elderly. How to cope with this change at the design level is the main purpose of this paper. This paper takes the outer space environment of the open residential area as the research object, through the research of the related cases at home and abroad, sums up the spatial characteristic, the spatial element and the spatial structure pattern of the open residential area outer space by the induction method. And from the aspects of physiology, psychology and behavior of the elderly, this paper puts forward the influence of the open living area on the elderly, and then analyzes and summarizes the problem of the aging of the outer space of the open residential area through the field investigation. Accordingly, the countermeasures are put forward from six aspects: scale of settlement scale, spatial structure model, road traffic organization, public activity space, service facilities matching, physical environment elements, etc. It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of outdoor space environment design suitable for elderly activities in open residential areas. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in: to explore the design of open residential area from the perspective of adaptability, is to perfect and deepen the theory of open residential area design, and to creatively put forward the outer space construction framework of open residential area to adapt to the life of the elderly.
