西安典型城市風(fēng)道景區(qū)建設(shè)調(diào)查及優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:截止到2015年底,我國(guó)常住人口城鎮(zhèn)化率已達(dá)到56%,伴隨城市化進(jìn)程的快速推進(jìn),城市發(fā)展空間不斷向外擴(kuò)張,占用農(nóng)田、河流等綠色開敞空間,高強(qiáng)度的土地開發(fā)與城市建設(shè),使城市的下墊面性質(zhì)發(fā)生了較大變化,對(duì)城市的風(fēng)熱環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響。城市風(fēng)道景區(qū)不僅為社會(huì)大眾提供了游憩賞景場(chǎng)所,作為落實(shí)城市風(fēng)道研究的重要“切入點(diǎn)”,能強(qiáng)化城市低空大氣的循環(huán)流動(dòng),緩解城市熱島效應(yīng)、霧霾天氣及大氣污染等氣候環(huán)境問(wèn)題,提升城市空氣質(zhì)量,有效改善城市內(nèi)部通風(fēng)環(huán)境,促進(jìn)城市形成高效順暢的“呼吸系統(tǒng)”。首先,本文闡述了“風(fēng)道+景區(qū)”建設(shè)新理念,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)理論與當(dāng)前實(shí)踐研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)城市風(fēng)道景區(qū)的空間范圍、主要特性、具體類型以及影響因素等方面進(jìn)行了初步的基礎(chǔ)性研究。其次,在對(duì)風(fēng)道景區(qū)前期研究的基礎(chǔ)上,論文以西安市為例,分析了城市通風(fēng)環(huán)境以及風(fēng)道體系的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,梳理了西安主城區(qū)的城市景區(qū)資源,通過(guò)兩者的疊合分析,篩選出西安主城區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的城市風(fēng)道景區(qū)。之后從空間分布、資源類型兩方面歸類了西安城市風(fēng)道景區(qū)資源,進(jìn)而依循一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇了若干個(gè)景區(qū)作為本次論文開展調(diào)查的典型重點(diǎn)。最后,本文嘗試性地通過(guò)模糊綜合評(píng)判法對(duì)西安典型城市風(fēng)道景區(qū)及其周邊關(guān)聯(lián)生態(tài)空間發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了通風(fēng)導(dǎo)向下的評(píng)價(jià)分析,量化城市風(fēng)道景區(qū)的通風(fēng)效能,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了景區(qū)總體通風(fēng)效能,明確了典型風(fēng)道景區(qū)通風(fēng)環(huán)境面臨的主要問(wèn)題,并相應(yīng)地從規(guī)劃、建設(shè)與管理三方面針對(duì)不同類型風(fēng)道景區(qū)提出了具有可操作性的優(yōu)化提升策略。
[Abstract]:By the end of 2015, the urbanization rate of resident population in our country has reached 56. with the rapid development of urbanization, the urban development space is constantly expanding outward, occupying green open space such as farmland, rivers, high intensity land development and urban construction. The property of the underlying surface of the city has changed greatly, which has a negative effect on the wind and heat environment of the city. Urban wind-track scenic spots not only provide the public with a scenic spot for recreation, but also serve as an important "entry point" for the implementation of urban wind channel research, which can strengthen the circulation of urban low-altitude atmosphere and alleviate the urban heat island effect. Haze weather and air pollution and other climatic and environmental problems, improve urban air quality, effectively improve the urban ventilation environment, promote the city to form an efficient and smooth "respiratory system". First of all, this paper expounds the new concept of "wind-road scenic spot" construction, analyzes the domestic and foreign related theories and current practical research status, and analyzes the spatial scope and main characteristics of urban wind-way scenic spot. The specific types and influencing factors were studied in this paper. Secondly, on the basis of the preliminary study of the wind-road scenic spot, taking Xi'an as an example, the paper analyzes the present situation of the urban ventilation environment and the construction of the wind-way system, combs the urban scenic area resources of Xi'an main urban area, and analyzes the overlap of the two. The main urban area of Xi'an is screened out. After that, it classifies the resources of Xi'an City Fengdao scenic spot from two aspects of spatial distribution and resource type, and then selects a number of scenic spots as the typical focus of this paper to carry out the investigation according to certain standards. Finally, this paper tries to evaluate and analyze the development status of the typical urban wind-road scenic spot and its related ecological space in Xi'an by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and quantifies the ventilation efficiency of the urban wind-track scenic spot. On this basis, the paper analyzes the overall ventilation efficiency of scenic spots, clarifies the main problems faced by the ventilation environment of typical wind-way scenic spots, and correspondingly, from the planning, Three aspects of construction and management for different types of wind scenic spots put forward operable optimization promotion strategy.
