基于雙溫度補(bǔ)償?shù)乃步永m(xù)采型空心包體地應(yīng)力測(cè)試技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為滿足地應(yīng)力精確測(cè)量和長(zhǎng)期監(jiān)測(cè)的技術(shù)發(fā)展要求,基于空心包體應(yīng)變計(jì)地應(yīng)力測(cè)量技術(shù),通過(guò)對(duì)采集電路穩(wěn)定性、完全溫度補(bǔ)償技術(shù)數(shù)字化及復(fù)雜環(huán)境下裝備適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行研究,開(kāi)發(fā)出具有瞬時(shí)采集、斷電續(xù)采功能的前端數(shù)字化采集系統(tǒng)。基于溫度自補(bǔ)償技術(shù)及雙溫度補(bǔ)償設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)完全溫度補(bǔ)償技術(shù)在前端數(shù)字化型空心包體應(yīng)變計(jì)地應(yīng)力測(cè)量中的應(yīng)用。室內(nèi)標(biāo)定試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)顯示,雙溫度補(bǔ)償技術(shù)對(duì)原溫度補(bǔ)償算法數(shù)據(jù)的修正量達(dá)到15%。采用圍壓率定法和真三維地應(yīng)力試驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行模擬現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件的室內(nèi)測(cè)試,結(jié)果顯示數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)反映空間應(yīng)力變化。在3組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地應(yīng)力測(cè)量中,應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)反映解除過(guò)程的巖芯缺陷、構(gòu)造擾動(dòng)、溫度變化影響及解除應(yīng)力演化過(guò)程,雙溫度影響修正應(yīng)變值分別為64,86με。在溫度強(qiáng)擾動(dòng)條件下,通過(guò)雙溫度補(bǔ)償算法修正,數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定性仍然達(dá)到了30 min內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)波動(dòng)幅度小于5με的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。雙溫度補(bǔ)償算法的瞬接續(xù)采型前端數(shù)字化空心包體應(yīng)變計(jì)地應(yīng)力測(cè)量技術(shù)在室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試中均表現(xiàn)了良好的測(cè)試精度和采集系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the technical development requirements of accurate measurement of in-situ stress and long-term monitoring, based on the technique of in-situ stress measurement with hollow cladding strain gauge, the stability of the acquisition circuit is obtained. The complete temperature compensation technology is digitized and the equipment adaptability in complex environment is studied, and the instantaneous acquisition is developed. A front end digital acquisition system for continuous power production. The application of full temperature compensation based on temperature self-compensation and double temperature compensation to the ground stress measurement of the front-end digital hollow envelope strain gauge. Indoor. Calibration test and field test data show that, The correction amount of the original temperature compensation algorithm data by double temperature compensation technique is up to 15. The indoor test of simulating field conditions is carried out by using the confining pressure rate determination method and the true three-dimensional in-situ stress test rig. The results show that the data truly reflect the change of spatial stress. In three groups of in-situ stress measurements, the strain data truly reflect the core defects, structural disturbances, temperature changes and the evolution process of stress relief. The modified strain values of double temperature effect are respectively 64 ~ 86 渭 蔚. Under the condition of strong temperature disturbance, the double temperature compensation algorithm is used to correct the strain. The stability of the data is still up to the standard of less than 5 渭 蔚 within 30 min. The in-situ stress measurement technology of digital hollow envelope strain gauge with double-temperature compensation algorithm in laboratory and field test. It shows good testing accuracy and stability of the acquisition system.
