【摘要】：在全國快速城鎮(zhèn)化的背景下,歷史文化資源的有效保護與合理利用成為非常緊迫的問題。為了避免日益普遍的遺產(chǎn)碎片保護、文化膚淺展示等問題,極有必要在以獨特地域文化為基礎(chǔ)的區(qū)域?qū)用孢M行整體的調(diào)查、分析和規(guī)劃,從而系統(tǒng)完整地保護和利用體現(xiàn)中華文明的物質(zhì)和非物質(zhì)歷史文化資源。文章以皖南地區(qū)為例,解析區(qū)域性歷史文化資源的整體特征,探討保護與利用的框架和實施保障制度,探索現(xiàn)階段歷史文化保護與城鄉(xiāng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid urbanization throughout the country, the effective protection and rational utilization of historical and cultural resources has become a very urgent problem. It is very necessary to carry out overall investigation, analysis and planning at the regional level based on unique regional culture, so as to systematically and completely protect and utilize the material and immaterial historical and cultural resources embodying Chinese civilization. This paper analyzes the overall characteristics of regional historical and cultural resources, probes into the framework of protection and utilization and the implementation of security system, and explores the effective path of historical and cultural protection and the sustainable development of urban and rural areas at the present stage.
