【摘要】:異形鋼管混凝土柱可使柱肢與填充墻等厚,避免室內(nèi)出現(xiàn)棱柱,具有較好的建筑使用功能。然而,異形鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)梁柱節(jié)點類型偏少,難以滿足實際工程多樣化的需求,且設(shè)計方法不能完全滿足工程應(yīng)用的需要。針對目前異形鋼管混凝土柱—鋼梁連接節(jié)點研究成果不系統(tǒng)、節(jié)點力學(xué)性能與施工便利性不能兩全且現(xiàn)有的節(jié)點類型較少的現(xiàn)狀,本文提出新型的側(cè)板連接T形鋼管混凝土柱—鋼梁節(jié)點形式,并采用數(shù)值模擬與理論分析相結(jié)合的方法,對其受力性能進行系統(tǒng)的研究。首先,采用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立本文提出的側(cè)板連接T形鋼管混凝土柱與鋼梁節(jié)點的精細(xì)化有限元模型;其次,對其進行數(shù)值模擬研究,探討節(jié)點的受力性能與傳力路徑;最后,對節(jié)點進行參數(shù)拓展分析,提出節(jié)點的優(yōu)化設(shè)計模型,具體進行以下三個方面的工作:(1)提出側(cè)板連接T形鋼管混凝土柱—鋼梁節(jié)點的構(gòu)造形式,并建立節(jié)點的精細(xì)化有限元模型。為了驗證該模型的有效性,建立與文獻資料試驗構(gòu)件尺寸,材性均相同的6個組合T形鋼管混凝土柱的有限元實體模型,并對模型分別進行軸心受壓的數(shù)值模擬分析。研究結(jié)果表明:組合T形鋼管混凝土有限元計算數(shù)值模擬曲線與試驗曲線吻合良好,證明本文建立的節(jié)點有限元模型中邊界條件、單元選擇、網(wǎng)格劃分及相關(guān)參數(shù)的選取較為合理,為側(cè)板連接T形鋼管混凝土柱—鋼梁節(jié)點的有限元數(shù)值模擬分析提供例證。(2)對節(jié)點的精細(xì)化有限元模型進行單調(diào)加載模擬分析。模擬節(jié)點在試驗狀態(tài)下可達(dá)到的邊界約束條件及加載方式,在柱頂施加恒定的軸力并在梁端施加單調(diào)荷載,分析節(jié)點在荷載共同作用下的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律及變形過程。研究結(jié)果表明:側(cè)板對T形鋼管混凝土柱的約束作用明顯,節(jié)點破壞形式主要表現(xiàn)為連接板未端梁翼緣發(fā)生屈服破壞,鋼管混凝土柱受拉區(qū)域有輕微起鼓現(xiàn)象,節(jié)點區(qū)域未出現(xiàn)明顯破壞。在鋼梁進入屈服狀態(tài)時,鋼管混凝土柱及節(jié)點區(qū)域仍處于彈性階段并具有良好的剛度,說明該節(jié)點滿足“強柱弱梁,節(jié)點更強”的設(shè)計要求。(3)對節(jié)點的精細(xì)化有限元模型進行參數(shù)拓展分析。考慮了軸壓比、材料屬性、鋼管寬厚比、連接板強度、側(cè)板長度等參數(shù),研究其對節(jié)點受力性能的影響,并得出相應(yīng)的彎矩—轉(zhuǎn)角關(guān)系曲線。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著側(cè)板長度、連接板翼緣厚度的增大,節(jié)點剛度變大;鋼梁翼緣厚度、鋼管本身強度及連接板強度均達(dá)到一定值后不會再對節(jié)點剛度產(chǎn)生影響;軸壓比、核心混凝土強度等級、側(cè)板強度及鋼管寬厚比對節(jié)點力學(xué)性能無明顯影響;側(cè)板厚度減小,節(jié)點剛度增大,在一定范圍后無明顯變化;連接板長度越小,節(jié)點剛度越大。
[Abstract]:Concrete-filled steel tubular column can make column limb and fill wall equal thickness, avoid the appearance of prisms in the room, and have better building function. However, the type of beam-column joint of concrete-filled steel tubular structure is less than that of special-shaped concrete filled steel tube structure. It is difficult to meet the diversified needs of practical projects, and the design method can not fully meet the needs of engineering applications. In this paper, a new type of T-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular column-steel beam joint is proposed. With the combination of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, the mechanical performance of the system is studied systematically. First of all. The fine finite element model of T-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular column and steel beam joint is established by using ABAQUS finite element software in this paper. Secondly, the numerical simulation is carried out to study the behavior of the joints and the path of the force transfer. Finally, the parameter expansion analysis of the joint is carried out, and the optimal design model of the joint is put forward, and the following three aspects are carried out specifically: 1) the structure of the T-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular column-steel beam joint with side slab is proposed. In order to verify the validity of the model, the finite element model of six composite T-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular columns with the same size and material properties was established. The results show that the numerical simulation curve of composite T-shaped concrete filled steel tube is in good agreement with the experimental curve. It is proved that the boundary conditions, element selection, mesh division and the selection of related parameters are more reasonable in the node finite element model established in this paper. It provides an example for the finite element numerical simulation analysis of T-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular column-steel beam joints connected with side plates. The detailed finite element model of nodes is simulated by monotone loading. The boundary constraints and loading modes can be achieved in the experimental state. A constant axial force is applied at the top of the column and a monotone load is applied at the end of the beam. The stress distribution and deformation process of the joints under the joint load are analyzed. The results show that the lateral slab has obvious constraint on T-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular columns. The main failure form of the joint is the failure of the flange of the unended beam of the connection plate, the slightly bulging phenomenon in the tension zone of concrete filled steel tube column, and no obvious damage in the joint area. When the steel beam enters into the yield state. The concrete filled steel tubular column and the joint area are still in the elastic stage and have good stiffness, which indicates that the joint meets the requirements of "strong column and weak beam". The design requirement of "stronger joints" is used to expand the parameters of the fine finite element model of the joints. The parameters such as axial compression ratio, material properties, steel pipe width to thickness ratio, connection plate strength, side plate length and so on are taken into account. The results show that the stiffness of the joint increases with the length of the side plate and the thickness of the flange of the connecting plate. The thickness of steel beam flange, the strength of steel tube and the strength of connecting plate will not affect the stiffness of the joint. The axial compression ratio, the grade of core concrete strength, the strength of side slab and the ratio of steel pipe width to thickness have no obvious influence on the mechanical properties of joints. The thickness of the side plate decreases, the stiffness of the joint increases, and there is no obvious change after a certain range. The smaller the connection plate length, the greater the joint stiffness.
