　　 目的 總結(jié)該院在非隔離區(qū)域的新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控經(jīng)驗(yàn),為國內(nèi)綜合性醫(yī)院非隔離區(qū)域的新型冠狀病毒肺炎及其他傳染性疾病的防控提供參考。方法 利用精細(xì)化管理理念,以專業(yè)化為前提,制訂非隔離區(qū)域的新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控標(biāo)準(zhǔn),系統(tǒng)化落實(shí)各項(xiàng)新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控措施,網(wǎng)格化稽查,用信息化手段進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)間及醫(yī)患間有效溝通,數(shù)據(jù)化反饋結(jié)果促進(jìn)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。結(jié)果 醫(yī)院員工未發(fā)生院內(nèi)新型冠狀病毒感染,院內(nèi)全員口罩佩戴率、流行病史篩查率、環(huán)境及醫(yī)療用品消毒率均為100%,患者及家屬的口罩佩戴正確率為73.79%,手衛(wèi)生正確執(zhí)行率40.78%。結(jié)論 精細(xì)化管理策略在綜合性醫(yī)院新型冠狀病毒肺炎非隔離區(qū)域的防控措施有效,患者及家屬的口罩佩戴正確率及手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行率需要進(jìn)一步提高。
