【摘要】：目的探討集束化護理在新生兒輸注高危藥物管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法將NICU 2015年5月1日至10月31日收治的220例新生兒作為觀察組,實施集束化護理;2014年11月1日至2015年4月30日收治的200例新生兒為對照組,實行常規(guī)護理。觀察使用高危藥物的兩組患兒出現(xiàn)的擺藥錯誤、高危藥物外滲、藥液外滲致皮膚損傷、家屬滿意度的情況。結(jié)果觀察組患兒出現(xiàn)擺藥錯誤、高危藥物外滲、藥液外滲致皮膚損傷的情況較對照組減少,家屬滿意度提高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在新生兒輸注高危藥物時實施集束化護理,能減少高危藥物擺藥錯誤、高危藥物外滲、藥液外滲致皮膚損傷的發(fā)生,提高家屬滿意度,保證患者的用藥安全,提高護理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of cluster nursing in the management of high-risk drugs for neonatal infusion. Methods 220 neonates admitted to NICU from May 1 to October 31, 2015 were taken as observation group, and 200 neonates admitted from November 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015 were taken as control group. The drug errors, exosmosis of high risk drugs, skin injury caused by exosmosis of solution and satisfaction of family were observed in the two groups. Results the cases of skin injury caused by exosmosis and exosmosis of high risk drugs in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the family was increased, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the application of cluster nursing in neonatal infusion of high risk drugs can reduce the occurrence of skin injury caused by high risk drug exosmosis and exosmosis of high risk drugs, improve the satisfaction of family members and ensure the safety of drug use. Improve the quality of nursing care.
