基于Leap Motion的腦卒中上肢功能康復主動運動系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:運動療法對腦卒中患者的運動功能康復具有明顯作用,為使患者主動參與康復訓練過程,利用Leap Motion和PC構(gòu)建了一套低成本的虛擬康復及評價系統(tǒng).患者在虛擬游戲引導下完成訓練任務(wù),通過Leap Motion捕獲手部姿態(tài)實現(xiàn)上肢與虛擬環(huán)境的自然交互,更好地激發(fā)患者主動康復的意愿,系統(tǒng)通過任務(wù)完成度評分對患者的康復效果進行評價.試驗結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可操作性強且成本低廉,患者通過訓練可以達到輔助上肢康復的目的.
[Abstract]:Exercise therapy has obvious effect on the rehabilitation of motor function of stroke patients. In order to make the patients participate in the rehabilitation training process actively, a low-cost virtual rehabilitation and evaluation system was constructed by using Leap Motion and PC. The patients completed the training task under the guidance of virtual games, and realized the natural interaction between the upper limbs and the virtual environment by capturing the posture of the hands by Leap Motion, which could stimulate the patients' willingness of active rehabilitation. The effect of rehabilitation was evaluated by task completion score. The results show that the system is easy to operate and low in cost, and the patients can be trained to assist the rehabilitation of upper limbs.
