【摘要】：[目的]構(gòu)建延續(xù)護(hù)理護(hù)士核心能力評價指標(biāo)。[方法]采用德爾菲(Delphi)法,通過2輪26名專家咨詢建立延續(xù)護(hù)理護(hù)士核心能力評價指標(biāo)。[結(jié)果]2輪專家函詢的積極系數(shù)分別為87%和100%,專家函詢的權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.83,判斷系數(shù)和熟悉系數(shù)分別為0.86和0.79;最終確定的延續(xù)護(hù)理護(hù)士核心能力評價指標(biāo)包括一級指標(biāo)6個,二級指標(biāo)52個;一級指標(biāo)、二級指標(biāo)的重要性評分為3.81分~4.88分,變異系數(shù)為0.07~0.23,協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)為0.125~0.287,各指標(biāo)協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)顯著性檢驗均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]延續(xù)護(hù)理護(hù)士核心能力評價指標(biāo)專家意見集中,結(jié)果科學(xué)可靠,可以為延續(xù)護(hù)理護(hù)士的任用、培訓(xùn)及考核提供參考。
[Abstract]:[objective] to construct the evaluation index of continuous nursing nurses' core competence. [methods] two rounds of 26 experts' consultation were used to establish the evaluation index of continuous nursing nurses' core competence by Delphi (Delphi) method. [results] the positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert letters were 87% and 100 respectively, the authoritative coefficients of expert letters were 0.83, and the coefficient of judgment and familiarity were 0.86 and 0.79 respectively. The final evaluation indexes of core competence of continuous nursing nurses included 6 first-grade indexes and 52 second-level indicators. The importance score of the first class index was 3.81 ~ 4.88, the coefficient of variation was 0.07 ~ 0.23, and the coordination coefficient was 0.125 ~ 0.287. The significant test of the coordination coefficient of each index had statistical significance (P0.05). [conclusion] the evaluation index of core competence of continuous nursing nurses is concentrated and the results are scientific and reliable, which can provide reference for the appointment, training and examination of continuous nursing nurses.
