【摘要】:革蘭陰性(G-)菌耐藥問題日益嚴峻,產(chǎn)新德里金屬-β-內酰胺酶-1(New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase-1,NDM-1)的"超級細菌"的出現(xiàn)使G-菌耐藥問題引起全球廣泛關注。產(chǎn)NDM-1的細菌對幾乎所有β-內酰胺類抗生素耐藥,使G-菌的臨床治療面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn),研制可有效殺滅"超級細菌"等G-耐藥菌的新型抗感染藥物迫在眉睫。本文綜述了NDM-1酶及其抑制劑的研究進展,為研制以NDM-1為靶點的抗耐藥G-菌的新型藥物,有效殺滅"超級細菌"提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The problem of drug resistance of Gram-negative G-lactamases is becoming more and more serious. The emergence of "super bacteria" producing New Delhi metallo- 尾 -lactamase-1 (NDM-1) makes the drug resistance of G- bacteria attract worldwide attention. The NDM-1 producing bacteria are resistant to almost all 尾 -lactam antibiotics, which makes the clinical treatment of G- bacteria face great challenge. It is urgent to develop new anti-infective drugs that can effectively kill "super bacteria" and other G- resistant bacteria. In this paper, the research progress of NDM-1 enzyme and its inhibitors is reviewed, which can be used as a reference for the development of novel drug resistant drugs against G- resistant bacteria targeting NDM-1 and the killing of "super bacteria".
