【摘要】：目的調(diào)查2014年本院臨床用血現(xiàn)狀,分析臨床輸血適應(yīng)證符合率及用血分布情況,進一步提高本院臨床輸血的技術(shù)水平。方法查閱715份輸血病歷,按照相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對輸血適應(yīng)證符合率進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果共輸用各類成分血2 243.35 U,適應(yīng)證符合率為95.9%(686/715),其中手術(shù)科室紅細(xì)胞、血漿、冷沉淀和血小板適應(yīng)證符合率分別為91.7%(210/229)、57.9%(11/19)、90.9%(10/11)、100%(6/6),非手術(shù)科室紅細(xì)胞、血漿、冷沉淀和血小板適應(yīng)證符合率分別為94.3%(345/366)、100%(45/45)、100%(30/30)、100%(9/9);新生兒科用血人數(shù)占總輸血人數(shù)的53.4%(382/715)。結(jié)論本院非手術(shù)科室對成分血的輸注指征掌握的較好,手術(shù)科室欠佳,其中手術(shù)科室輸用血漿的適應(yīng)證符合率最低,有待進一步加強血漿的使用管理;新生兒人均用血量不多,但是本院主要的輸血人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation of clinical blood transfusion in our hospital in 2014, and to analyze the coincidence rate and distribution of clinical blood transfusion in order to improve the technical level of clinical blood transfusion in our hospital.Methods 715 cases of blood transfusion were reviewed and the coincidence rate of transfusion indications was statistically analyzed according to relevant standards.Results there were 2 243.35 UU for transfusion of various components, and the indication coincidence rate was 95.9% and 686 / 715% respectively. The coincidence rates of RBC, plasma, cryoprecipitation and platelets were 91.7% 210 / 22.9% 57.9U / 1110 / 111000.66% 6 / 6, respectively, non-operative room erythrocytes, plasma, and so on.The coincident rates of cold precipitation and platelets were 94.3%, 34.5% 366U / 100 and 45 / 45 / 100%, 30 / 30 / 100% of 9 / 9%, respectively; the number of pediatric blood users accounted for 53.4% of the total number of blood transfusions, 53.2% of 715% of the total number of blood transfusions.Conclusion the indication of blood transfusion in non-operative department of our hospital is better than that in operation department, among which the indication of plasma transfusion in surgical department is the lowest, the management of plasma use should be further strengthened, the amount of blood used per newborn is not much.But the hospital's main blood transfusion population.
