【摘要】：目的:探討腕關節(jié)腱鞘巨細胞瘤的影像學表現(xiàn)特點,提高對該病的認識。方法:回顧性分析7例經(jīng)手術病理證實的腕關節(jié)腱鞘巨細胞瘤的影像學資料。7例病例中,6例行CT檢查,4例行MRI檢查,1例行超聲檢查,2例行骨掃描。結果:6例腕關節(jié)腱鞘巨細胞瘤在CT上表現(xiàn)為軟組織密度腫塊,呈分葉狀,部分跨關節(jié)生長,無鈣化,鄰居骨質受侵且無骨膜反應,明顯不均強化;MRI上表現(xiàn)T_1WI稍低信號,T_2WI混雜信號,增強后明顯不均勻強化,病變與鄰近肌腱關系密切。結論:腕關節(jié)腱鞘巨細胞瘤的CT和MRI表現(xiàn)有一定的特征。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the imaging features of giant cell tumor of wrist tendon sheath.Methods: the imaging data of 7 cases of giant cell tumor of wrist tendon sheath proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. 6 cases were examined by CT and 4 cases by MRI, and 1 case by ultrasound and 2 cases by bone scan.Results on CT scan, 6 cases of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath of wrist joint showed soft tissue density mass with lobular shape, partial growth across joints, no calcification, bone invasion of neighbor and no periosteal reaction.T_1WI showed slightly low signal intensity on T_1WI and mixed signal on T2WI. After enhancement, the signal intensity was not homogeneous, and the lesions were closely related to the adjacent tendons.Conclusion: Ct and MRI findings of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath of wrist have some characteristics.
