【摘要】："泛娛樂"是當(dāng)下我國(guó)新經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,泛娛樂生態(tài)體系的構(gòu)建是基于多元文化娛樂業(yè)態(tài)的互聯(lián)與融合。具有"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"特質(zhì)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)是泛娛樂生態(tài)體系的核心,其版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)歷經(jīng)了以榕樹下、盛大文學(xué)、閱文集團(tuán)為代表的三個(gè)階段,在泛娛樂背景下,面臨侵權(quán)盜版的多樣性和復(fù)雜性、無序的版權(quán)授權(quán)以及資本對(duì)版權(quán)的盲目囤積、版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)層次不齊等問題。
[Abstract]:Pan-entertainment is an important part of China's new economy. The construction of pan-entertainment ecosystem is based on the interconnection and integration of multicultural entertainment. Internet literature is the core of pan-entertainment ecosystem. Its copyright operation has gone through three stages, represented by banyan tree, Shanda literature and China Literature Group, under the background of pan-entertainment. Faced with the diversity and complexity of copyright infringement, the disordered copyright authorization, the blind accumulation of capital to copyright and the uneven level of copyright operation, etc.
