【摘要】：企業(yè)融資創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)是券商支持的基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)。近兩年來(lái),券商對(duì)企業(yè)融資創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的支持貢獻(xiàn)了我國(guó)證券行業(yè)利潤(rùn)的六成以上。創(chuàng)新是證券市場(chǎng)活力的源泉,是證券市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大推動(dòng)力。券商支持企業(yè)融資業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新可以提高市場(chǎng)效率,為投資者提供豐富的產(chǎn)品和優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),促進(jìn)資本市場(chǎng)持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展。 本文首先對(duì)我國(guó)券商支持企業(yè)融資創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了闡述；接著運(yùn)用"SWOT模型”對(duì)券商支持企業(yè)融資創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境、內(nèi)部資源和外部因素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究和分析,并簡(jiǎn)要介紹了券商支持企業(yè)融資業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新成果；在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論證了券商支持企業(yè)融資創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的必要性,并結(jié)合公司內(nèi)部劣勢(shì)和外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了影響和阻礙創(chuàng)新的四個(gè)重點(diǎn)因素；最后,本文提出了券商支持企業(yè)融資創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的具體對(duì)策和建議。 本文認(rèn)為,券商支持企業(yè)融資創(chuàng)新必須在堅(jiān)持順應(yīng)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、利用券商支持自身有利資源和外部機(jī)會(huì),而且在不違反監(jiān)管法律的原則下進(jìn)行,并做到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可測(cè)、可控�；诖�,本文給出了推動(dòng)公司上市、創(chuàng)新管理體制、重視研究和產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、拓展非現(xiàn)場(chǎng)通道、深化同業(yè)合作的具體對(duì)策,還提出了加強(qiáng)與創(chuàng)新相關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的建議。
[Abstract]:Enterprise financing innovation business is the basic business supported by securities companies. In the past two years, securities firms have contributed more than 60% of the profits of China's securities industry. Innovation is the source of securities market vitality and a powerful driving force for the development of securities market. The securities firms can support the innovation of enterprise financing business to improve market efficiency, provide investors with rich products and high quality services, and promote the sustained, stable and healthy development of the capital market. In this paper, the current situation, development trend and existing problems of securities companies supporting financing innovation business in our country are first expounded, and then the competitive environment of securities companies supporting financing innovation business is analyzed by using "SWOT model". The internal resources and external factors are studied and analyzed in detail, and the paper briefly introduces the innovative achievements of the financing business supported by the securities companies, and on the basis of the above analysis, demonstrates the necessity of the securities firms to support the financing innovation business of the enterprises. Combined with the internal weaknesses and external risks, this paper puts forward four key factors that affect and hinder innovation. Finally, this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions for securities companies to support the financing innovation business of enterprises. This paper holds that the securities firms supporting enterprise financing innovation must adhere to the development trend of the industry, use the securities firms to support their own favorable resources and external opportunities, and not violate the principle of regulatory law, and make the risks measurable and controllable. Based on this, this paper gives the specific countermeasures to promote the company listing, innovate the management system, attach importance to research and product development, expand off-site channels, deepen the cooperation among the same industry, and put forward some suggestions to strengthen the risk management related to innovation.
