創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)知識轉移活動與企業(yè)績效關系研究

【摘要】:當今世界,隨著經(jīng)濟一體化和知識的全球化,知識與經(jīng)濟之間相互滲透的力度越來越強勁,促使全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)生了根本的變化。由于知識經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展使企業(yè)由依靠土地、勞動力、資本等資源逐步向依靠知識資源過渡,企業(yè)績效的提高比以往任何時候都更加依賴于知識的生產(chǎn)、擴散、創(chuàng)新和應用。創(chuàng)造知識、應用知識的能力與效率,或將成為提高企業(yè)績效的法寶。有效的知識轉移活動是提高企業(yè)績效的重要保障。現(xiàn)有文獻雖然認為知識轉移活動可以提高企業(yè)績效,但是對如何進行知識轉移活動來提高企業(yè)績效的討論還比較少。因此,本研究試圖在前人研究的基礎之上,以創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)為研究對象,從綜合系統(tǒng)學科的角度,通過實證分析的方法分析知識轉移活動的影響因素、知識轉移活動的主體、企業(yè)績效三者之間的關系,進而探討他們之間相互作用的機制。 本研究基于外部環(huán)境變化速度加快和知識經(jīng)濟的現(xiàn)實時代背景,在文獻綜述的基礎上,采用問卷調查的方法收集數(shù)據(jù),通過研究設計,構建模型,確定假設,設計問卷,發(fā)放問卷抽樣獲得第一手數(shù)據(jù),采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法和結構方程進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,驗證假設。希望本研究能夠對學術界及企業(yè)界提供可以借鑒的啟示和建議,為后續(xù)的深入研究奠定一定的理論基礎和現(xiàn)實基礎,同時為我國創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)如何有效促進知識轉移活動以提升企業(yè)績效提出一些方法和建議,這是本研究所期望達到的研究目的。 本研究的研究內容主要包括: 第一部分:緒論。簡單介紹研究背景與研究目的及意義,并簡述研究方法及研究思路。 第二部分:文獻綜述。系統(tǒng)研究和梳理了知識轉移的概念、內容、過程和影響因素,分析企業(yè)績效的相關理論,深刻了解了知識轉移與企業(yè)績效的關系,為后文的研究提供了理論支撐。 第三部分:知識轉移活動模型的構建與研究假設。通過前文的文獻綜述,在前人學者的研究之上提出了模型框架,并且經(jīng)過理論推導提出研究假設,共包含12個假設。通過設計問卷,取得了預調查的數(shù)據(jù),進行項目分析,對問卷進行修正。 第四部分:抽樣調查與數(shù)據(jù)分析。針對北京、上海、成都、深圳四地的創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)的員工發(fā)放問卷,通過收集的數(shù)據(jù),進行信度、效度檢驗,并且運用結構方程進行分析,得出研究結果,對假設進行驗證。 第五部分:研究結論與相關建議。根據(jù)本研究的研究結論,結合我國現(xiàn)狀,對創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)的知識轉移活動提出相應的政策建議。同時,分析未來研究的方向以及存在的不足。 本研究屬于實證研究,通過相應研究及具體的數(shù)據(jù)分析處理,得出了以下的幾個結論: 1.激勵機制對個體、部門之間知識轉移活動存在顯著正面的影響。創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)通過完善獎懲制度、運用物質激勵、改善工作環(huán)境等方法來激勵員工,以此來提高個體進行知識轉移活動的積極性和主動性,加強部門之間的交流與合作。 2.激勵機制對企業(yè)之間的知識轉移活動沒有顯著正面的影響。這種情況,一方面反映了企業(yè)間知識轉移的困難,企業(yè)要想整合和吸收其他企業(yè)的知識難度非常大。另一方面,說明了知識轉移活動是一個需要耗費人力、物力、財力活動的過程,如果其中任何一個方面投入不足,都會嚴重影響知識轉移活動的效果。 3.企業(yè)文化對個體、部門和企業(yè)之間的知識轉移活動存在顯著正面的影響。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化可以為知識轉移活動提供良好的氛圍,有助于提高知識轉移活動的成效。創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)通過提高組織的價值認同、加強團隊協(xié)作、增進相互信任等方法來培養(yǎng)企業(yè)文化。 4.組織結構對個體、部門和企業(yè)之間的知識轉移活動存在顯著正面的影響。創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)可以重新調整組織的層次水平、改善知識傳遞的路徑,使組織成員在進行知識轉移的時候,保持較高的效率。 5.個體之間、部門之間和企業(yè)之間的知識轉移活動對企業(yè)績效存在顯著正面的影響。個體之間、部門之間和企業(yè)之間的知識轉移活動越順暢,知識轉移的效率越高,企業(yè)績效表現(xiàn)越好。本文著重分析創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)知識轉移活動的影響因素,通過改善這些影響因素,推動知識轉移活動順利有效地進行,最終促進企業(yè)績效的提高。 本研究通過實證分析的方法,在以下方面形成研究特色,達到了某種程度的突破與創(chuàng)新: 1.以往學的研究大多集中在激勵機制、企業(yè)文化、組織結構對知識轉移活動的影響,本文在以往學者研究的基礎上重點研究了激勵機制、組織文化、組織結構對知識轉移活動主體的影響,得出相關結論。 2.研究對象的創(chuàng)新。在知識轉移活動與企業(yè)績效關系實證研究領域,專門以創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)為研究對象的還比較少。本研究以創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)為研究對象,希望通過研究能夠為創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)有效促進知識轉移活動以提升企業(yè)績效提出一些方法建議。
[Abstract]:In the present world, with the economic integration and the globalization of knowledge, the strength of mutual penetration between knowledge and economy is becoming more and more strong, and the global economy has undergone fundamental changes. The rapid development of knowledge economy makes the enterprises transition to knowledge resources by relying on land, labor, capital and other resources by step by step, and the improvement of enterprise performance is improved. At any time, it is more dependent on the production, diffusion, innovation and application of knowledge. The ability and efficiency of knowledge creation and application of knowledge will be a magic weapon to improve enterprise performance. Effective knowledge transfer activity is an important guarantee for improving enterprise performance. There are few discussions on how to carry out the knowledge transfer activities to improve the performance of the enterprise. Therefore, this study tries to take the GEM listed enterprises as the research object on the basis of the predecessors' research, and analyzes the influence factors of the knowledge transfer activity, the main body of knowledge transfer activities, the enterprise of the knowledge transfer activities, and the enterprise from the perspective of the comprehensive system discipline. The relationship between the three performance, and then explore the mechanism of their interaction.
This study is based on the rapid development of the external environment and the background of the knowledge economy. On the basis of literature review, the research adopts the method of questionnaire survey to collect data. Through the research design, the model is built, the hypothesis is determined, the questionnaire is designed, the first hand data is obtained by the questionnaire sampling, and the data are carried out by the mathematical statistics method and the structural equation. It is hoped that this study can provide some inspirations and suggestions for the academia and the business community, and lay a theoretical foundation and practical foundation for further research. At the same time, this paper puts forward some methods and suggestions on how to effectively promote the knowledge transfer activities to promote the performance of the enterprise. The research objectives are expected to be achieved by the Institute.
The main contents of this study include:
The first part: introduction. It briefly introduces the research background and the purpose and significance of the research, and briefly describes the research methods and research ideas.
The second part: literature review. It systematically studies and combs the concept, content, process and influencing factors of knowledge transfer, analyzes the related theories of enterprise performance, and deeply understands the relationship between knowledge transfer and enterprise performance, and provides theoretical support for the later study.
The third part: the construction and research hypothesis of the knowledge transfer activity model. Through the literature review of the previous article, the model framework is put forward on the previous scholars' research, and the research hypothesis is put forward through theoretical deduction, including 12 hypotheses. Through the design questionnaire, the data of the pre survey are obtained, the project analysis is carried out, and the questionnaire is revised.
The fourth part: sampling survey and data analysis. According to the questionnaire of the employees of the GEM listed enterprises in four places in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen, the reliability and validity test are carried out through the data collected, and the structural equation is used to analyze the results, and the hypothesis is verified.
The fifth part: research conclusions and relevant suggestions. According to the conclusions of this study, combined with the current situation in China, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions for the knowledge transfer activities of the GEM listed companies. Meanwhile, it analyzes the direction and the shortcomings of the future research.
This study is an empirical study. Through the corresponding research and specific data analysis and processing, we draw the following conclusions:
1. incentive mechanism has a significant positive impact on the activities of knowledge transfer between individuals and departments. By improving the reward and punishment system, using material incentives and improving the working environment, the enterprise listed enterprises encourage employees to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of individual knowledge transfer activities, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between departments.
2. incentive mechanism has no significant positive impact on knowledge transfer activities between enterprises. On the one hand, it reflects the difficulty of knowledge transfer among enterprises. It is very difficult for enterprises to integrate and absorb knowledge of other enterprises. On the other hand, knowledge transfer activity is a need to spend human, material and financial activities. Cheng, if any one aspect of investment is insufficient, will seriously affect the effect of knowledge transfer activities.
3. corporate culture has a significant positive impact on knowledge transfer activities between individuals, departments and enterprises. Excellent corporate culture can provide a good atmosphere for knowledge transfer activities and help improve the effectiveness of knowledge transfer activities. The GEM listed enterprises strengthen team cooperation and mutual trust by improving the value identity of the organization. And other ways to cultivate corporate culture.
The 4. organizational structure has a significant positive impact on the knowledge transfer activities between the individual, the Department and the enterprise. The GEM listed companies can adjust the level of the organization and improve the path of knowledge transfer, so that the organization members maintain a high efficiency when they carry out the knowledge transfer.
Among the 5. individuals, knowledge transfer activities between departments and enterprises have a significant positive impact on enterprise performance. Among individuals, the more smooth knowledge transfer activities between departments and enterprises, the higher the efficiency of knowledge transfer and the better performance of enterprise performance. By improving these factors, we can promote knowledge transfer activities smoothly and effectively, and ultimately improve the performance of enterprises.
Through empirical analysis, this study forms a research feature in the following respects, and achieves a certain degree of breakthroughs and innovations.
1. the previous studies mostly focus on the influence of incentive mechanism, enterprise culture and organizational structure on knowledge transfer activities. On the basis of previous scholars' research, this paper focuses on the influence of incentive mechanism, organizational culture and organizational structure on the subject of knowledge transfer activities.
2. the innovation of the research object. In the empirical research field of the relationship between the knowledge transfer activity and the enterprise performance, the research object of the GEM listed enterprises is still relatively few. This research takes the GEM listed enterprises as the research object, and hopes to promote the knowledge transfer activities effectively to improve the enterprise performance through the research. Some suggestions are made.
