【摘要】：歐債危機(jī)是繼次貸危機(jī)之后的又一次對(duì)世界產(chǎn)生重大影響的金融危機(jī),對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的復(fù)蘇和發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了巨大的沖擊,同時(shí)也引起了各國(guó)專家學(xué)者對(duì)本國(guó)外債狀況的高度關(guān)注。作為發(fā)展中國(guó)家,外債對(duì)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要意義,但近年來(lái),外債規(guī)模的不斷增加以及外債結(jié)構(gòu)方面暴露的種種問題對(duì)我國(guó)的金融安全形成了一定的威脅。為了充分發(fā)揮外債對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的積極作用,減少外債產(chǎn)生的消極效應(yīng),我們有必要對(duì)外債問題進(jìn)行深入研究,加強(qiáng)對(duì)外債規(guī)模的管理,合理安排外債結(jié)構(gòu),做好外債管理工作。 鑒于此,本文對(duì)我國(guó)外債的規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了具體分析,并且運(yùn)用了理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合以及比較分析等方法,對(duì)影響外債規(guī)模的因素進(jìn)行了灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析,同時(shí)對(duì)發(fā)生歐債危機(jī)國(guó)家的債務(wù)情況進(jìn)行分析以對(duì)我國(guó)外債管理提供一些有益的借鑒,最后提出了完善我國(guó)外債管理的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:The European debt crisis is another financial crisis that has had a great impact on the world after the subprime mortgage crisis. It has had a huge impact on the recovery and development of the world economy. As a developing country, foreign debt is of great significance to China's economic development, but in recent years, The continuous increase in the scale of foreign debt and the problems exposed in the structure of foreign debt pose a certain threat to the financial security of our country. In order to give full play to the positive role of foreign debt in the economic development of our country and to reduce the negative effects of foreign debt, It is necessary for us to make a thorough study of the problem of foreign debt, strengthen the management of the scale of foreign debt, rationally arrange the structure of foreign debt, and do a good job in the management of foreign debt. In view of this, this paper has carried on the concrete analysis to the scale and the structure of the foreign debt of our country, and has carried on the grey correlation analysis to the influence factor of the foreign debt scale by combining the theoretical analysis with the empirical analysis and the comparative analysis, etc. At the same time, the debt situation of the countries with European debt crisis is analyzed in order to provide some useful reference for our country's foreign debt management. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect our country's foreign debt management are put forward.
