【摘要】：2008年美國爆發(fā)了次級債務(wù)危機(jī)，導(dǎo)致全球股市大震蕩，引發(fā)全球金融危機(jī)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展，中國作為世界市場的重要組成部分也未能獨(dú)善其身。實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)遭受巨大打擊，資本市場的影響主要表現(xiàn)在中國股市的“滑鐵盧”。由于國內(nèi)學(xué)者在次貸危機(jī)對實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響方面進(jìn)行了大量的研究，對資本市場的研究較少，因此本文通過對江蘇省資本市場的研究，分析金融危機(jī)對江蘇省哪些行業(yè)產(chǎn)生影響，并提出了應(yīng)對措施。 本文首先分析了本輪金融危機(jī)的發(fā)展過程，產(chǎn)生原因以及對中國的影響，使讀者從宏觀方面對金融危機(jī)進(jìn)行深入了解。 第三章從定量方面分析了金融危機(jī)對江蘇省證券經(jīng)營機(jī)構(gòu)、上市公司股市籌資情況和非金融機(jī)構(gòu)融資結(jié)構(gòu)三個(gè)方面的影響，結(jié)果表明金融危機(jī)對江蘇省資本市場的影響主要集中在股票市場。 本文第四章對江蘇省股票市場進(jìn)行了研究，運(yùn)用計(jì)量分析方法（如統(tǒng)計(jì)描述、最小二乘估計(jì)、ADF檢驗(yàn)、格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)和事件分析法）分析結(jié)果表明金融危機(jī)對江蘇省電子設(shè)備制造業(yè)、化工和紡織業(yè)等出口型企業(yè)的影響最大，對通信設(shè)備、醫(yī)療設(shè)備、軟件設(shè)備等高新產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響較小，，且美國金融危機(jī)是我國大盤指數(shù)變動的弱格蘭杰原因。通過事件分析法得出以雷曼兄弟破產(chǎn)為標(biāo)志的金融危機(jī)這一事件對江蘇資本市場產(chǎn)生顯著的負(fù)效應(yīng)，且這一效應(yīng)在雷曼兄弟倒閉的一周后達(dá)到最大。通過對江蘇省上市公司在職員工的統(tǒng)計(jì)得出，金融危機(jī)使得江蘇省制造業(yè)失業(yè)人口較多，而對于食品加工業(yè)和醫(yī)療設(shè)備制造業(yè)，失業(yè)人口不是很明顯。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果本文也給出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the subprime debt crisis broke out in the United States, which led to the global stock market shock and triggered the global financial crisis. With the development of economic globalization. China, as an important part of the world market, has not been spared. The real economy has been hit hard. The influence of capital market is mainly manifested in the "Waterloo" of Chinese stock market. Because domestic scholars have done a lot of research on the impact of the subprime mortgage crisis on the real economy, there is little research on the capital market. Therefore, through the study of the capital market in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes which industries are affected by the financial crisis, and puts forward some countermeasures. This paper first analyzes the development process of the current financial crisis, the causes and the impact on China, so that readers can understand the financial crisis from the macro perspective. The third chapter analyzes the impact of the financial crisis on the securities management institutions in Jiangsu Province, the stock market financing situation of listed companies and the financing structure of non-financial institutions. The results show that the impact of the financial crisis on the capital market of Jiangsu Province is mainly concentrated in the stock market. Chapter 4th of this paper studies the stock market in Jiangsu Province, using econometric analysis methods (such as statistical description, least square estimation and ADF test). The results of Granger causality test and event analysis show that the financial crisis has the greatest impact on the electronic equipment manufacturing, chemical and textile export enterprises in Jiangsu Province, and on communications equipment and medical equipment. High-tech industries such as software equipment have less impact. The American financial crisis is the weak Granger cause of the large market index change in China. Through the event analysis, it is concluded that the financial crisis marked by Lehman Brothers bankruptcy has a significant negative effect on Jiangsu capital market. And this effect was the biggest one week after Lehman Brothers collapsed. Through the statistics of the employees of listed companies in Jiangsu Province, the financial crisis caused more manufacturing unemployment in Jiangsu Province. However, for the food processing industry and medical equipment manufacturing, the unemployed population is not obvious. According to the results of the analysis, this paper also gives the relevant policy recommendations.
