ERP系統(tǒng)在Y公司工程項(xiàng)目成本管理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,信息化不斷改變著企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境。面對(duì)信息技術(shù)的不斷沖擊,很多企業(yè)開(kāi)始從信息化建設(shè)中尋求新的發(fā)展思路。在這種環(huán)境下,企業(yè)管理信息化是優(yōu)化企業(yè)管理的時(shí)代要求、是企業(yè)管理模式現(xiàn)代化的重要標(biāo)志。為了促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、提高建筑施工企業(yè)管理水平,從而提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,建設(shè)部發(fā)文將企業(yè)信息化水平納入施工資質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),修訂后的《施工總承包企業(yè)特級(jí)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中規(guī)定申請(qǐng)?zhí)丶?jí)資質(zhì),信息化建設(shè)必須符合達(dá)標(biāo)條件。此后我國(guó)建筑施工企業(yè)展開(kāi)了如火如荼的信息化建設(shè)浪潮,許多施工企業(yè)將信息技術(shù)運(yùn)用到經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中,其中ERP系統(tǒng)的推廣和應(yīng)用受到很多企業(yè)管理者的青睞。ERP系統(tǒng)是在信息技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)之上,借助信息技術(shù)手段,融合現(xiàn)代管理理論,將財(cái)務(wù)、生產(chǎn)、采購(gòu)、銷售,以及企業(yè)管理流程、人和組織進(jìn)行一體化管理的平臺(tái)。通過(guò)優(yōu)化企業(yè)治理流程、提高企業(yè)管理效率,進(jìn)而提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。工程項(xiàng)目成本管理是建筑施工企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的重要組成部分,在很大程度上影響著建筑施工企業(yè)的發(fā)展。由于傳統(tǒng)的成本管理模式是一種靜態(tài)思維、追求規(guī)模效益,希望通過(guò)擴(kuò)大規(guī)模降低單位產(chǎn)品所分?jǐn)偟墓潭ǔ杀?是一種粗放的管理模式,成本管理效果有限。通過(guò)ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行成本管理能實(shí)現(xiàn)全過(guò)程、精細(xì)化管理,因此它成為很多企業(yè)的選擇。采用ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行工程項(xiàng)目成本管理能夠給企業(yè)提供一種高效的信息處理手段,所以,將ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到工程項(xiàng)目成本管理中是提高工程項(xiàng)目成本管理的有效手段。本文在論述了工程項(xiàng)目管理、成本管理和ERP系統(tǒng)內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了ERP系統(tǒng)下工程項(xiàng)目成本管理體系分析;在參考新中大系統(tǒng)操作手冊(cè)和企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制配套指引的基礎(chǔ)上,分析Y公司ERP系統(tǒng)下工程項(xiàng)目成本管理應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀;然后對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)下Y公司成本管理應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行分析,指出Y公司ERP系統(tǒng)下成本管理的成果、找出不足之處并提出優(yōu)化建議。Y公司引入ERP系統(tǒng)后,公司管理越來(lái)越順暢,工程項(xiàng)目成本管理效率大大提高,這主要得益于ERP系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析能力。Y公司能夠順利的實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng)固然可喜,但是這并非一勞永逸,未來(lái)公司必須著重處理好ERP系統(tǒng)的更新升級(jí)、員工與ERP系統(tǒng)的匹配、ERP系統(tǒng)與公司制度的磨合。這些隱患會(huì)影響公司ERP系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用效果,因此需要公司不斷完善。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information technology, information technology is constantly changing the business environment of enterprises. Facing the constant impact of information technology, many enterprises begin to seek new development ideas from the information construction. In this environment, Enterprise management informationization is the requirement of the times of optimizing enterprise management and the important symbol of the modernization of enterprise management mode. In order to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and improve the management level of construction enterprises, so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. In a document issued by the Ministry of Construction, the level of enterprise informatization is included in the construction qualification evaluation standard, and the revised "Special Grade qualification Standards for Construction General Contracting Enterprises" stipulates that special grade qualifications shall be applied for. The information construction must meet the requirements of the standard. Since then, the construction enterprises in our country have launched a wave of information construction in full swing, and many construction enterprises have applied information technology to the operation and management. The promotion and application of ERP system is favored by many enterprise managers. ERP system is based on information technology, with the help of information technology means, the integration of modern management theory, financial, production, procurement, sales, As well as the enterprise management process, the platform for the integrated management of people and organizations. Through optimizing the enterprise management process, improving the efficiency of enterprise management, Project cost management is an important part of the management of construction enterprises, which to a large extent affects the development of construction enterprises. Because the traditional cost management mode is a kind of static thinking, It is a kind of extensive management mode, cost management effect is limited, the cost management through ERP system can realize the whole process, fine management, and reduce the fixed cost of the unit product by expanding the scale to reduce the fixed cost of the unit product, it is a kind of extensive management mode, the cost management effect is limited. Therefore, it has become the choice of many enterprises. The use of ERP system for project cost management can provide an efficient means of information processing for enterprises, so, The application of ERP system to project cost management is an effective means to improve project cost management. This paper discusses the connotation of engineering project management, cost management and ERP system. The project cost management system under the ERP system is analyzed, and the application status of the project cost management under the ERP system of Y company is analyzed on the basis of referring to the operating manual of the new large and medium scale system and the supporting guidance of the internal control of the enterprise. Then it analyzes the application effect of cost management in Y Company under ERP system, points out the achievement of cost management in Y Company ERP system, finds out the deficiency and puts forward the optimized suggestion. After introducing ERP system, the management of Y Company becomes more and more smooth. The efficiency of project cost management has been greatly improved, which is mainly due to the strong data collection and analysis ability of ERP system. Y company can successfully implement ERP system, but this is not once and for all. In the future, the company must deal with the update and upgrade of ERP system, the match between ERP system and employee system and the running-in of ERP system. These hidden troubles will affect the application effect of ERP system, so the company needs to improve continuously.
