【摘要】：正三江源自然保護(hù)區(qū),是世界著名江河“長(zhǎng)江、黃河、瀾滄江”的源頭匯水區(qū)。這里是我國(guó)最大的自然保護(hù)區(qū),被譽(yù)為“中華水塔”和“地球之腎”。為保護(hù)三江源區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境和減小對(duì)三條河流流域的生態(tài)威脅,我國(guó)于2004年投資75億元,實(shí)施國(guó)家標(biāo)志性工程“青海三江源自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)保護(hù)和建設(shè)總體規(guī)劃”,三江源生態(tài)移民遂應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。杜發(fā)春教授2014年在中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)出版社出版的《三江源生態(tài)移民研究》一書(shū),是國(guó)內(nèi)第一部關(guān)注和研究三江源生態(tài)移民的學(xué)術(shù)專(zhuān)
[Abstract]:Three River Source Nature Reserve, is the world-famous river "Yangtze River, Yellow River, Lancang River" the source of the catchment area. This is China's largest nature reserve, known as the "Chinese Water Tower" and "the Kidney of the Earth." In order to protect the ecological environment and reduce the ecological threat to the three river basins, China invested 7.5 billion yuan in 2004 to implement the National signature Project "General Plan for Ecological Conservation and Construction of Qinghai Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve". Three rivers source ecological migration came into being. Professor du Fachun, published in 2014 in China Social Science Publishing House, "the Research on Ecological Migration of Sanjiangyuan", is the first academic institute in China to pay attention to and study the ecological migration of Sanjiangyuan.
