【摘要】：隨著中小企業(yè)快速發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)范圍不斷擴(kuò)大,圍繞企業(yè)服務(wù)需求開展社會化、專業(yè)化、市場化服務(wù),為中小企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大提供了重要支撐,但也面臨著不少困難。文章結(jié)合我國中小企業(yè)最迫切需要滿足的創(chuàng)新難、融資難、招工難、接單難、管理難等企業(yè)服務(wù)需求,把中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)劃分為技術(shù)支持、投資融資、人才培訓(xùn)、市場開拓和管理咨詢等主要服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)類別,并分別對不同類別服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)存在的問題進(jìn)行深入剖析,歸納總結(jié)出其存在的共性問題。為有效破解這些問題,應(yīng)該結(jié)合中小企業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí)服務(wù)訴求和企業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)所處的發(fā)展階段,進(jìn)一步明確發(fā)展原則、整合服務(wù)資源、搭建平臺網(wǎng)絡(luò)、完善配套政策,積極探索中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的科學(xué)發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the business scope of small and medium-sized enterprises' service institutions has been continuously expanded. But it also faces many difficulties. Combined with the service needs of SMEs in China, such as innovation, financing, employment, order, management and so on, this paper divides the small and medium-sized enterprises into technical support, investment financing, talent training, and so on. The main types of service organizations, such as market development and management consulting, are analyzed in depth, and the common problems of different types of service organizations are summarized. In order to solve these problems effectively, we should combine the actual service demands of small and medium-sized enterprises and the development stage of enterprise service organizations, further clarify the development principle, integrate the service resources, build the platform network, and perfect the supporting policies. Actively explore the small and medium-sized enterprise service organization scientific development path.
