【摘要】：利用中國(guó)31個(gè)省級(jí)行政區(qū)2003~2014年的空間面板數(shù)據(jù),主要考察中國(guó)各地區(qū)公共部門工資的空間依賴性及空間溢出效應(yīng)。通過(guò)計(jì)算31個(gè)省份2003~2014年各個(gè)年份的全局Moran I指數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)中國(guó)31個(gè)省份的公共部門工資之間在各個(gè)年份均具有顯著的空間依賴關(guān)系,并且這種空間依賴關(guān)系在2003~2014年逐漸增強(qiáng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建了31個(gè)省份2003~2014年的公共部門工資的空間面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,并控制了各省份的區(qū)域特征變量。模型的實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:空間溢出效應(yīng)在決定各省份的公共部門工資中具有重要的作用;同時(shí)還發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化了省份間的公共部門工資的空間溢出效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the spatial panel data of 31 provincial administrative regions in China from 2003 to 2014, the spatial dependence and spatial spillover effect of public sector wages in different regions of China were investigated. By calculating the global Moran I index of 31 provinces from 2003 to 2014, it is found that there is a significant spatial dependence between public sector wages in 31 provinces of China in each year, and this spatial dependence gradually increases from 2003 to 2014. On this basis, the spatial panel data model of public sector wages in 31 provinces from 2003 to 2014 is constructed, and the regional characteristic variables of each province are controlled. The empirical results of the model show that the spatial spillover effect plays an important role in determining the public sector wages in each province, and it is also found that the level of economic development further strengthens the spatial spillover effect of the public sector wages among provinces.
