【摘要】：管理活動(dòng)具有歷史性和動(dòng)態(tài)性的特征,管理主體、管理客體的定義也會(huì)隨之進(jìn)行更新,內(nèi)涵的豐富性促使二者之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系發(fā)生深刻變化。傳統(tǒng)的、以科學(xué)管理理論為指導(dǎo)的組織中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者占據(jù)主動(dòng)地位,與下屬之間形成了一種對(duì)立的命令與服從、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)系,這種管理主客體關(guān)系限制了被管理者能動(dòng)性的發(fā)揮,阻礙管理目標(biāo)的有效實(shí)現(xiàn)。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的到來(lái),知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)成為新的背景,知識(shí)型員工的出現(xiàn)要求我們改變管理觀念,重視管理客體的需求和價(jià)值,重新審視管理主體與客體之間的關(guān)系。本文從管理主客體的基本概念出發(fā),解析管理主客體關(guān)系的內(nèi)容和表現(xiàn)形式及其變化的動(dòng)力因素;在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)公共部門人事管理主客體關(guān)系分裂的具體表現(xiàn)及其原因,進(jìn)而結(jié)合二者關(guān)系重構(gòu)的思想基礎(chǔ),從管理理念、管理機(jī)制、管理心理和管理方法四個(gè)方面提出人事管理主客體關(guān)系重構(gòu)的具體路徑。
[Abstract]:Management activities have historical and dynamic characteristics, the definition of management subject and management object will be updated, and the richness of connotation will make the interaction between them change deeply. In traditional organizations guided by scientific management theory, leaders take the initiative and form a relationship between command and obedience, leadership and leadership. The relationship between subject and object limits the active role of the manager and hinders the effective realization of the management goal. With the arrival of economic globalization, knowledge economy has become a new background. The emergence of knowledge workers requires us to change the concept of management, attach importance to the needs and values of the management object, and re-examine the relationship between the subject and object of management. Based on the basic concept of the subject and object of management, this paper analyzes the content, the form of expression and the dynamic factors of the change of the relationship between the subject and object of management. On this basis, this paper analyzes the concrete manifestation and reasons of the split of the subject and object relationship in the personnel management of the public sector in our country, and then combines with the ideological foundation of the reconstruction of the relationship between the two, from the management idea, the management mechanism, Four aspects of management psychology and management methods put forward the specific path of reconstructing the relationship between subject and object of personnel management.
