【摘要】：采用混合研究中的順序性探究設(shè)計,首先運用扎根理論對訪談材料進(jìn)行編碼分析,構(gòu)建出政府網(wǎng)站公眾持續(xù)使用意向的理論框架;然后運用問卷調(diào)查法對理論框架進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果顯示:心理感知、政府網(wǎng)站的外部環(huán)境、用戶特征、政府網(wǎng)站的服務(wù)運營和政府觀念共同影響政府網(wǎng)站持續(xù)使用意向,其中心理感知的影響作用最強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Using the sequential inquiry design in the mixed research, the author first uses the rooted theory to code and analyze the interview materials, and constructs the theoretical framework of the public's intention to use continuously on the government website. Then the quantitative analysis of the theoretical framework is carried out by using the questionnaire method. The results show that psychological perception, external environment of government website, user characteristics, service operation of government website and government concept affect the intention of using government website continuously, among which psychological perception has the strongest effect.
