【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,我國正處于改革攻堅(jiān)期、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,新舊矛盾交織、疊加、聚合。現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題越來越成為重大的理論和實(shí)踐問題。今年年初,習(xí)近平總書記在全國政法工作會(huì)議上強(qiáng)調(diào),2017年是我們黨和國家歷史上具有特殊重要意義的一年。要提高對(duì)各種矛盾問題預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)警預(yù)防能力,不斷創(chuàng)新理念思路、體制機(jī)制、方法手段,全面提升防范應(yīng)對(duì)各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)的水平,為黨的十九大召開營造安全穩(wěn)定的社會(huì)環(huán)境。我國
