【摘要】：正在全球化與現(xiàn)代化相互交織的時(shí)代背景下,發(fā)展仍然是當(dāng)今世界的主題。然而,發(fā)展帶來(lái)的種種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題卻不容忽視。特別是當(dāng)前我國(guó)進(jìn)入全面建成小康社會(huì)決勝階段,國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)發(fā)生復(fù)雜深刻變化,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)低迷態(tài)勢(shì)仍在延續(xù),"逆全球化"思潮和保護(hù)主義傾向抬頭,主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體政策走向及外溢效應(yīng)變數(shù)較大,不穩(wěn)定不確定因素明顯增加,我國(guó)處于發(fā)展關(guān)鍵期、改革攻堅(jiān)期、矛盾凸顯期,正如習(xí)近平總書(shū)記指出的:"時(shí)和勢(shì)總體有利,但艱和險(xiǎn)在增
[Abstract]:Under the background of the interweaving of globalization and modernization, development is still the theme of today's world. However, the risks of development can not be ignored. In particular, at present, China has entered the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The situation at home and abroad has undergone complex and profound changes, the world economic growth is still declining and the trend of "anti-globalization" and protectionism is on the rise.
