【摘要】：國家治理的三重維度包括國家治理有序性、國家治理有效性和國家治理人民性。國家治理有序性是最基本的和最首要的,它是國家治理有效性和國家治理人民性的前提、基礎(chǔ)和保證;國家治理有效性承前啟后,在"有序性、有效性和人民性"架構(gòu)中發(fā)揮著中堅(jiān)作用和傳導(dǎo)作用,它既是國家治理有序性的價值旨?xì)w又是國家治理人民性賴以生成的價值根基;國家治理人民性則既是國家治理有序性和國家治理有效性的價值旨?xì)w,也是國家治理最基本的價值追求。實(shí)現(xiàn)國家治理的有序性、有效性和人民性,要在借鑒、吸納和移植先進(jìn)治理理念的基礎(chǔ)上,植根于中國實(shí)踐沃土之中,結(jié)合國情實(shí)際走出一條中國特色的國家治理之路。
[Abstract]:The triple dimensions of state governance include the order of state governance, the effectiveness of state governance and the people's character of state governance. The order of state governance is the most basic and the most important. It is the premise, foundation and guarantee of the effectiveness of state governance and of the people's character of state governance. In the framework of effectiveness and people's character, it plays a key role and conduction function. It is not only the value purport of the orderly nature of national governance, but also the value foundation on which the people's nature of national governance is generated. The people's character of national governance is not only the value purport of orderly governance and the effectiveness of national governance, but also the most basic value pursuit of national governance. To realize the orderly, effective and popular nature of national governance, we should, on the basis of drawing lessons from, absorbing and transplanting advanced governance concepts, take root in the fertile soil of China's practice and walk out a road of national governance with Chinese characteristics in combination with the actual situation of the country.
