【摘要】：經(jīng)過(guò)20多年的發(fā)展,回應(yīng)性監(jiān)管理論已經(jīng)成為國(guó)際上最具影響的監(jiān)管理論之一。為了幫助國(guó)內(nèi)讀者更好學(xué)習(xí)該理論,本文將該理論精髓集中概括為四個(gè)方面:回應(yīng)、塑造、協(xié)同和關(guān)系性。這些精髓也帶來(lái)一定問(wèn)題,特別是該理論的有效實(shí)施必須依賴(lài)于一些前提條件。鑒于該理論的優(yōu)勢(shì)和問(wèn)題,本文認(rèn)為就我國(guó)目前階段來(lái)看,該理論總體比較超前,但批判地引入其精髓仍對(duì)我國(guó)監(jiān)管研究和實(shí)踐大有裨益。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years of development, responsive regulatory theory has become one of the most influential regulatory theories in the world. In order to help domestic readers to learn the theory better, this paper concentrates the essence of the theory into four aspects: response, molding, synergy and relationship. These essence also bring some problems, especially the effective implementation of the theory. Must depend on some conditions. In view of the advantages and problems of the theory, this paper believes that China's current stage, the overall theory is advanced, but its essence is to critically introduce regulatory research and practice be of great advantage in China.
