【摘要】：社區(qū)基金會(huì)在中國(guó)經(jīng)過八年的發(fā)展已成為公益慈善與社區(qū)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域一種新的趨勢(shì)。本研究通過多個(gè)案研究對(duì)中國(guó)社區(qū)基金會(huì)的數(shù)量、類型、發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、特征等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析和討論。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國(guó)的社區(qū)基金會(huì)雖然受到全球化的影響,但自身卻是地方政府和社會(huì)為了突破中國(guó)當(dāng)下城市社區(qū)社會(huì)組織發(fā)展資源不足的瓶頸而尋求的本土解決道路,它最重要的作用在于汲取本地資源,并將地方社會(huì)資源與社區(qū)社會(huì)組織鏈接。在社區(qū)基金會(huì)快速發(fā)展過程中,如何減少政府干預(yù)和激發(fā)民間活力、克服內(nèi)部治理"失靈"、構(gòu)建多元籌資體系、提升其戰(zhàn)略資助能力仍然是很多社區(qū)基金會(huì)面臨的亟待解決的關(guān)鍵問題。
[Abstract]:Community Foundation has become a new trend in the field of charity and community development after eight years of development in China. This study analyzes and discusses in detail the number, type, development context and characteristics of Chinese community foundations through multi-case studies. The study found that although the community foundation in China is affected by globalization, it is the local government and society in order to break through the bottleneck of the development of urban community and social organizations in China and seek a local solution. Its most important role is to draw local resources and link local social resources to community social organizations. In the process of rapid development of community foundations, how to reduce government intervention and stimulate folk vitality, overcome the "failure" of internal governance, and build a pluralistic financing system, Improving its strategic funding capacity remains a key issue facing many community foundations.
