【摘要】：培育公務(wù)員的生態(tài)文明素養(yǎng)是我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的重要環(huán)節(jié)�？茖W(xué)地測量公務(wù)員生態(tài)文明素養(yǎng)可為理論研究和實(shí)務(wù)工作提供依據(jù)。結(jié)合訪談和文獻(xiàn),提出其測量方法的設(shè)計(jì)遵循綜合的,堅(jiān)持全面、發(fā)展和聯(lián)系的原則,框架結(jié)構(gòu)包括知識、意識和行為三個(gè)維度,每個(gè)維度包括一般素養(yǎng)和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)兩個(gè)亞維度,并設(shè)計(jì)出具體指標(biāo)。以2015年北京市421名公務(wù)員的問卷調(diào)查為樣本對指標(biāo)做分析證實(shí),包括34個(gè)題目,內(nèi)容涵蓋生活常識、政策知識、生態(tài)價(jià)值觀、生態(tài)與其他經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的關(guān)系、生活習(xí)慣、公共環(huán)境行為、節(jié)約辦公七項(xiàng)的指標(biāo)體系具有較好的信度和效度。
[Abstract]:Cultivating the ecological civilization literacy of civil servants is an important link in the construction of ecological civilization in China. Scientific measurement of civil servants' ecological civilization literacy can provide basis for theoretical research and practical work. Combined with interviews and literature, the paper puts forward that the design of measurement methods follows the principles of comprehensive, comprehensive, developing and connecting. The frame structure includes three dimensions: knowledge, consciousness and behavior. Each dimension includes two sub-dimensions, general accomplishment and professional accomplishment, and the specific indicators are designed. A questionnaire survey of 421 civil servants in Beijing in 2015 was used as a sample to analyze the indicators, including 34 topics, covering common sense of life, policy knowledge, ecological values, the relationship between ecology and other economic and social development, and living habits. The index system of public environmental behavior and saving office has good reliability and validity.
