【摘要】:機(jī)關(guān)內(nèi)耗是組織要素紊亂、組織結(jié)構(gòu)畸變、組織功能異化和組織環(huán)境不良等綜合作用的結(jié)果。它扭曲組織價(jià)值目標(biāo),畸變組織制度程序,異化組織運(yùn)行邏輯,蠶食組織文化生態(tài),影響惡劣持久,實(shí)可謂組織之"隱形殺手",必須對(duì)其高度重視,進(jìn)行有效治理。
[Abstract]:The internal friction of organs is the result of the disordered organizational elements, the distortion of organizational structure, the dissimilation of organizational function and the unfavorable organizational environment, which distorts the value objectives of organizations, distorts the organizational system procedures, and dissimilates the organization's operating logic. It can be described as "invisible killer" of organization because of its encroachment on culture and ecology of organization, which must be taken seriously and managed effectively.
