【摘要】：回族是我國(guó)政府承認(rèn)的55個(gè)少數(shù)民族之一。然而在民國(guó)時(shí)期,回族被國(guó)民黨政府界定為宗教群體,其少數(shù)民族地位沒有得到承認(rèn)。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨卻積極承認(rèn)回族的少數(shù)民族身份,在陜甘寧邊區(qū)實(shí)行區(qū)域自治,并推行各種優(yōu)惠政策,以此爭(zhēng)取回族民眾的政治支持�；刈逡惨虼藦囊粋�(gè)宗教群體轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閾碛刑囟ㄕ螜?quán)利的少數(shù)民族。這場(chǎng)關(guān)于回族身份建構(gòu)的政治博弈表明:我國(guó)少數(shù)民族政策不是對(duì)蘇聯(lián)的簡(jiǎn)單模仿,而是中共本土革命經(jīng)驗(yàn)的產(chǎn)物。只有深刻理解革命時(shí)期的政策實(shí)踐,我們才能對(duì)當(dāng)前少數(shù)民族政策的爭(zhēng)議有更清醒的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The Hui nationality is one of the 55 ethnic groups recognized by the Chinese government. However, during the period of the Republic of China, the Hui nationality was defined as a religious group by the Kuomintang government and its minority status was not recognized. However, the Communist Party of China actively recognized the minority identity of the Hui nationality. To implement regional autonomy in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region and to implement various preferential policies, In order to win the political support of the Hui people, the Hui nationality also changed from a religious group to a minority with specific political rights. This political game about the construction of the identity of the Hui nationality shows that the minority policy of our country is not good. Is a simple imitation of the Soviet Union, Only by deeply understanding the policy practice of the revolutionary period can we have a clearer understanding of the controversy over the current minority policy.
