【摘要】：伴隨著國民經濟社會的不斷發(fā)展,污染型鄰避設施項目越來越多、所引發(fā)的鄰避沖突問題也日益突出,也紛紛成為國內外專家學者及政府廣泛關注的焦點。主要應用文獻研究法與案例研究法,基于行為主體視角深入探究影響污染型鄰避設施規(guī)劃建設中鄰避沖突產生的影響因素,同時基于公眾參與視角下化解鄰避沖突的對策機制予以文獻評述,揭示污染型鄰避設施規(guī)劃建設中鄰避沖突問題研究的發(fā)展規(guī)律及演進趨勢,以期為鄰避設施項目規(guī)劃建設管理和公眾參與機制的深入研究提供理論依據(jù)和參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the national economy and society, there are more and more projects of pollution-type adjacent avoidance facilities, and the problem of conflict avoidance is becoming more and more prominent. It has also become the focus of experts and scholars at home and abroad and the government. The main application of literature research and case study method, based on the behavior of the perspective of in-depth exploration of the impact of pollution-type adjacent avoidance facilities planning and construction of adjacent conflict factors. At the same time, based on the perspective of public participation, the countermeasures to resolve the conflict between neighbors are reviewed, which reveals the development law and evolution trend of the study on the problem of conflict avoidance in the planning and construction of pollution-type adjacent avoidance facilities. In order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the further study of the planning, construction management and public participation mechanism of adjacent facilities.
