【摘要】：政府開放數(shù)據(jù)流程中涉及多元利益相關(guān)主體,文章通過對(duì)這些參與主體的歸納及對(duì)政府開放數(shù)據(jù)流程及各流程涉及主要障礙的分析,提出政府開放數(shù)據(jù)利益相關(guān)主體協(xié)同機(jī)制,從資源協(xié)同、管理協(xié)同、利益協(xié)同、技術(shù)協(xié)同四方面闡述了對(duì)政府開放數(shù)據(jù)的影響和作用。
[Abstract]:There are multiple stakeholders involved in the open data flow of the government. Through the induction of these participants and the analysis of the main obstacles involved in the process of opening the data to the government, this paper puts forward the cooperative mechanism of the stakeholders in the open data interest of the government. This paper expounds the influence and function of resource coordination, management collaboration, benefit coordination and technology collaboration on the open data of government.
