【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨第十八屆六中全會總結了我們黨內(nèi)關于開展政治生活的實踐和歷史經(jīng)驗,提出面臨當前嚴峻形勢解決社會問題,關鍵在黨�；鶎庸珓諉T作為管理社會的主要力量,是實現(xiàn)全面小康社會和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設的主力軍�；鶎庸珓諉T工作效率高低,影響到現(xiàn)代化建設的進程,所以基層公務員必須要提高工作效率,保持良好的工作和生活狀態(tài)�？茖W的幸福觀可以指引他們保持昂揚的斗志投入到工作和生活中。本文以馬克思主義幸福觀為理論依據(jù),緊密結合中國傳統(tǒng)幸福觀,以河北省基層公務員為研究對象,主要采用文獻梳理和問卷調查的方法進行研究,在對基層公務員幸福觀的積極表現(xiàn)和現(xiàn)實問題進行調研的基礎上,重點分析基層公務員幸福觀現(xiàn)狀的成因,為培養(yǎng)基層公務員科學的幸福觀奠定實踐基礎。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),河北省基層公務員的幸福觀總體是健康向上的,在對幸福的理解、幸福目標取向及預期、幸福的實現(xiàn)途徑和對國家政策及個人工作、生活現(xiàn)狀的評價四個方面理解較為客觀、全面。但部分基層公務員在對現(xiàn)實問題的理解方面存在一些偏離,例如過高追求工資待遇等物質需求、缺乏奉獻精神、集體意識薄弱等。據(jù)此,筆者從正確認知幸福的內(nèi)涵、培養(yǎng)積極健康的情感、塑造堅強的意志品質、規(guī)范個人的行政行為四個方面入手,剖析河北省基層公務員幸福觀現(xiàn)狀的成因,并為此提出構建基層公務員科學合理幸福觀的具體舉措。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee summed up the practice and historical experience of developing political life in our party, and put forward that the key to solving social problems in the face of the current grim situation lies in the Party, the grass-roots civil servants as the main force in managing the society, It is the main force in the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way and the socialist modernization drive. The level of work efficiency of grass-roots civil servants affects the process of modernization, so grass-roots civil servants must improve their work efficiency. The scientific concept of happiness can guide them to keep their high morale into work and life. This article is based on the Marxist concept of happiness, closely combined with the traditional Chinese concept of happiness, Taking the grass-roots civil servants in Hebei Province as the research object, this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature combing and questionnaire investigation, and on the basis of the investigation of the positive performance and practical problems of the grass-roots civil servants' concept of happiness, This paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of the present situation of the concept of happiness of civil servants at the grass-roots level, laying a practical foundation for the cultivation of the scientific concept of happiness of civil servants at the grass-roots level. The study found that the concept of happiness of the grass-roots civil servants in Hebei Province is generally healthy and upward, in understanding of happiness. The goal orientation and expectation of happiness, the way to realize happiness and the evaluation of national policy and personal work and life status are more objective and comprehensive. However, some grass-roots civil servants have some deviations in their understanding of practical problems. Such as excessive pursuit of material needs such as wage treatment, lack of dedication, weak collective consciousness, etc. According to this, the author correctly recognizes the connotation of happiness, cultivates positive and healthy emotions, and molds the quality of strong will. This paper analyzes the causes of the present situation of the concept of happiness of civil servants at the grass-roots level in Hebei Province, and puts forward some concrete measures to construct the scientific and reasonable concept of happiness for civil servants at the grass-roots level.
