【摘要】：正近年來北京市政府不斷創(chuàng)新績效管理工作,探索運用信息化手段和引入第三方評估機構(gòu),對考評對象的工作進行"親近型、協(xié)助式、對標(biāo)法"管理,取得明顯成效。他們的做法可以概括為察、訪、核、驗。前提是"察"。北京市政府績效管理辦公室創(chuàng)建了"政府績效管理信息化平臺",通過平臺對各職能部門的具體任務(wù)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點進行把控和督察�？冃мk委托第三方評估機構(gòu)通過社會調(diào)查、實踐調(diào)查,深入北京市被考評單位現(xiàn)場,看檔案資料、查案例數(shù)據(jù)、找關(guān)鍵人
