【摘要】：人民話語是中國政治社會(huì)生活中的主導(dǎo)性話語。這一話語形態(tài)衍生自中國共產(chǎn)黨開展革命動(dòng)員,并伴隨著國家政權(quán)建設(shè)與改革時(shí)期的社會(huì)治理。從歷史社會(huì)學(xué)即注重考察政治話語與政治行動(dòng)互構(gòu)的角度來看,作為一種修辭的人民話語在道德、權(quán)力與治理三個(gè)層面于各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期皆有對(duì)應(yīng)的實(shí)踐。在革命時(shí)期表現(xiàn)為階級(jí)動(dòng)員、革命行動(dòng)與基層政權(quán)實(shí)踐;在政權(quán)建設(shè)時(shí)期表現(xiàn)為訴諸文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)、繼續(xù)革命與總體性治理;在改革時(shí)期表現(xiàn)為歷史合法性的重要來源、維穩(wěn)體制的形成與動(dòng)員式治理風(fēng)格的興起。
[Abstract]:The people's discourse is the dominant discourse in the political and social life of China. This form of discourse derives from the revolutionary mobilization of the Communist Party of China. It is accompanied by the construction of state power and the social governance during the reform period. From the perspective of historical sociology, which focuses on the mutual construction of political discourse and political action, people's discourse as a rhetoric is moral. The three levels of power and governance have corresponding practices in each historical period. In the revolutionary period, class mobilization, revolutionary action and the practice of the grass-roots regime; in the period of regime building, the recourse to cultural leadership, During the reform period, it is an important source of historical legitimacy, the formation of maintenance system and the rise of mobilizing style of governance.
