【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,越來越多的人有能力移民到國外。加拿大作為中國人偏愛的移民國家,有著十分重要的地位。同時(shí),由于中國人人口眾多,大量的中國移民給移民國和中國帶了了眾多影響,一方面,大量的中國移民填補(bǔ)了移民國的勞動(dòng)力空缺,但是由于移民國固有的偏見,中國人在融入移民國社會(huì)中仍有許多障礙;另一方面,雖然人口流出緩解了中國就業(yè)壓力,但大量的中國移民中,許多人是各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)人才,在中國即將建成小康社會(huì)的階段,大量的人才外流,對(duì)祖國而言是極大的損失。因此,為了應(yīng)對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,筆者認(rèn)為國家、社會(huì)、個(gè)人均應(yīng)共同努力,通過合作,使人在中國盡其才,為了早日實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢(mèng)貢獻(xiàn)出自己的一份力。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy, more and more people have the ability to move abroad. Canada as Chinese favored nation of immigrants, has a very important position. At the same time, because everyone China population, a large number of immigrants to the Republic of China and the China Chinese shift brought many effects, on the one hand, a large number of immigrants to fill Chinese the shift of the workforce, but due to the shift in bias inherent in Chinese shift into the Republic of China society there are still many obstacles; on the other hand, although the population outflow eased China employment pressure, but a large number of Chinese immigrants, many people are all professionals in the field, in China is building a well-off society stage, a large number of brain drain, is a great loss to the country. Therefore, in order to deal with this phenomenon, the author thinks that the state, society, individuals should work together, through cooperation, so that people in the Chinese do Only to make a contribution to the early realization of the Chinese dream.
