現(xiàn)代管理思維方式的特點

【摘要】:管理思維方式的變革與科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展有很大的關(guān)系?茖W技術(shù)通常從三方面影響著管理思維方式的改變。自本世紀中葉以來,現(xiàn)代科學技術(shù)革命開始席卷全球,從而極大地改變了這個時代的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和勞動組織,也改變了這個時代管理思維方式的特點。本文試圖用自組織理論來分析現(xiàn)代管理思維方式的特點,并指出它是單極性和多極性、封閉性和開放性、優(yōu)化和非優(yōu)化、精確和模糊的對立統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The change of management mode of thinking has a great relationship with the development of science and technology. Science and technology usually affect the change of management mode of thinking from three aspects. Since the middle of this century, the modern science and technology revolution has begun to sweep the world, which has greatly changed the industrial structure and labor organization in this era, and also changed the characteristics of the management thinking mode in this era. This paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of modern management thinking mode by means of self-organization theory, and points out that it is the unity of opposites of unipolarity and multipolarity, closeness and openness, optimization and non-optimization, precision and ambiguity.
